Boot Barn

In the super busy days leading up to Christmas 12/22/25, I popped in for a gift for my dad. I was looking to buy a Stetson in a very popular size, after waiting a bit to get help Lily got around to me and her customer service was amazing, didn’t find the initial hat I was looking for recommended a similar style hat, ultimately because of brand loyalty found 2 other options of Stetsons and even looked for availability at other stores for me. She was fantastic

Oh my my. I have been hearing that Clovis boot barn has totally gone down in customer service.. well now I’m a believer. Went in yesterday to the hat department. Looked around and needed help. I went to Mr. Mustash and asked for help. He was messing with a tiny feather. When I ask he was shooting the breeze with a guy that didn’t need help or was making a purchase.. I said can I get some help please and his response was oh great. at that time I went back and waited 10 more minutes. He still never came. So I asked a guy that was folding clothes if that’s the only hat guy I’m not interested. He asked a lady with red hair at the cash registers if he could help me. Her response was well I guess. Are you kidding me. Then We left the store. Your hat department was filthy. Your hats and shelves in that department are gross. They is so much dust even on the hats that cost well over $300.00. I will never ever go back. I highly recommend Sassanos old town Clovis. Great service and well established for many years. It’s a guys store but I did find times that I could wear. Boot barn I hope corporate sees that your customer service and the condition of your store are not even worth rating. Boot barn in Selma is great. Have always got great service and will always shop there. Good luck Clovis you suck. I’m headed to corporate now. Your reviews are hideous.

I want to leave feedback about the terrible service my husband received at the Boot Barn Clovis location tonight with the manager on duty. She was extremely unprofessional when I came in with a return. I had the receipt, and the item was purchased less than 10 days ago. Instead of simply processing the return, she repeatedly questioned whether I had even bought the item there, making me feel like I was lying. She said things like, "Are you sure this is from here?" and "We’ve got to make sure it is," which was very uncomfortable and unnecessary. For the record, the receipt clearly showed it was purchased from Boot Barn. I was returning the item because the shoe wore out much faster than expected and did not hold its sole, which is exactly why I wanted an exchange not a refund. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she implied that I had stolen the item or was being dishonest. This was insulting, judgmental, and unacceptable. I strongly encourage Boot Barn to better train employees, especially managers, on how to treat customers respectfully and professionally. The way I was treated tonight was not only disappointing but also offensive.

This was the first time going into Boot Barn and I was pleasantly surprised on the the variety of clothes, boots and work boots that the store had. As well as a great variety of women's wear, hats and accessories for all occasions. The staff was very helpful friendly and very knowledgeable. This will definitely not be my last time I go to Boot Barn.

Always had a good experience coming in but this last time was the best. Jon is the man, he did an exceptional job completely reshaping the crown on my hat. He was very knowledgeable and talented in his craft.

I came to this store to purchase my boots from work and I had gotten a transfer from one store to the store so when I came to pick up on person, I was telling the lady that I called earlier to ask if my boots were ready and I was trying to explain the best I can When this boot barn worker tall male staff came up to us and started telling me that online orders are different from transfer i wanted to explain that the best I can and he just walked away. He jumped into our conversation but didn’t even gave me the chance to talk. He was very rude. He wouldn’t even let me explain the situation when he only popped up on our conversation when nobody asked him to. I feel because I had a Voucher for my hoots and he realized he didn’t care because once he saw the receipt is when he walked away. Fortunately, this other young girl helped me out. She’s very nice. I don’t know her name, but she had to help me previously and her customer service skills are amazing like she is a great person that treats customers like human.
