95% of the times l've been helped very quickly. The back key counter can be a little slow. However, every one here is very friendly and helpful. They are excellent on returns, usually no problem at all. Very good spot to get fix it items if you're in a hurry. Very well rounded selection. A little bit of everything in small quantities. Nice hardware section.

Went to lowes trying to find a knob for shower/tub. Nothing even close to what I needed. Had to return one also. Walked into ace found one instantly. Fit perfect. Try ace first from now on. Wasted an hour at lowes. Ugh.

ACE is the place. Was in a rush with a last minute surprise project & needed personal assistant. Nathon was the man that showed up 💯%. So cool, So nice, incredibly helpful. People Person skills that will carry him far in life. Appreciate it buddy.

Best customer service around. Good stock competitively priced. Much prefer shopping here than in the Big Box stores. Highly recommend!
