Hinds Hospice Thrift Store is always clean, well organized, and the ladies on staff are always helpful and pleasant, plus, we help our community and each other when she shop there. When I walked in the other day, I was greeted with a friendly greeting by a nice lady who informed me about the sales for the day and also made sure I knew where the shopping carts were. I enjoy how large this store is and how easy it is to find items of interest. The prices are reasonable and clearly marked. The other day I found a statue for my garden and an accessory for my kitchen. They have a great variety of items to choose from including: clothing, shoes, housewares, dishes, collectibles, toys, jewelry, DVDs, CDs, records, books, furniture, fashion accessories, and more. I have never left this store without treasures found. Please consider donating and shopping here.

No greeting upon entering, and cashier was passive aggressive answering me when I attempted to make polite and friendly conversation. Took 2 seconds of her time, but I guess that was too much. None of the employees said hello or asked if they could help me with anything - just depressed looking with no joy for the holiday season. Honestly I wanted to work here, but now I’m just sad I wasted my time. Thrift items as could be expected, no issues there, just crappy customer service. If you don’t feel it, then at least fake it please. Any effort to be warm is appreciated these days. -Regretful

I used to love this thrift store. The prices are insanely overpriced! Corning ware casserole dishes marked 65 and 75 dollars 🫣 it’s not even with that much on eBay or Etsy 🤣 I saw some other decor with the original tag from dollar general for 3$ but the thrift store priced it 6$! A tiny glass decanter for 25$ … I don’t know where they’re getting their prices from, my guess is the first google search they come to with the highest price . You guys need to do something to figure out the pricing because it’s sickening. Or put someone else in charge that actually knows what they are doing.

Love this store. A lot of items and not over priced like other thrift stores.

I went to drop off donations today. An employee who was taking the deliveries yelled at me because I entered the driveway wrong. There were no other cars in the driveway at the time. That is not the way to welcome your customers.

Ridiculous overpriced for used and old clothes ! Women’s jackets $30, $20 , $25 and kids section jackets $15 ,and sweaters $10 . Please consider your high prices !

Just found out they got rid of the dressing rooms. Won't be going back. I'm not going to buy jeans for $15-25 and not be able to try them on or return them if they don't fit. I'll buy new. Very disappointed
