Nice and Crisp Too perfection!!! 👌 my husband looked marvelous in his suit before and after pictures below. Customer service was great 👍 dropped the suit off the day before and picked it up after five the next day.... I was very pleased with the outcome 🥰 thank you!!!!

Terrible service. I went to Sierra Cleaners twice for a simple hemming measurement. The first time, the staff told me they didn’t know how to take measurements and asked me to come back. When I returned the next day, they said the manager called off and told me to ‘keep calling’ to check if they showed up. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time. Won’t be returning and will NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I took my daughters prom suit in to get dry cleaned. I asked him to be careful with the buttons being that I had seen that be an issue in previous reviews. He got offended. I left the items and when I picked them up I was in a rush and didn't check the clothes until we got home. I had even left him a $5 tip for getting it done fast. Well to my surprise the buttons on the jacket were broken 😡 DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR ITemS!!!!!

Owner and staff were very professional and nice. I thought I did not received all my clothing from them and they were very helpful in checking, double checking, even triple checking for me. They were very professional with it and never pushed me aside and or treat me negatively. Found out, I misplaced it only. Thank you owner and staff for being patient with me. I would highly recommend this cleaner to you.

Do not trust this business. I brought in two hats and they were destroyed. The only thing offered was that there no wrong done to them and that I was lying. The owner did not make any effort to resolve matter. No customer etiquette. Business like this will lose business and they sure lost mine.

Where do I even start... These guys are AWESOME! Don't be fooled, they know their stuff... they eat at the CHILLEST restaurants, wear the FRESHEST clothes, hang out with the HOTTEST dudes... I can trust Sierra Cleaners to get even the nastiest of stains out (even those blood stains... kidding!). Right from the start, you are treated with so much respect and dignity, it feels like you're being wrapped up in a big weighted blanket (which I think they can also dry clean!). The staff is OUT OF THIS WORLD, and I have had zero issues with anyone... always work done promptly, and for very cheap... Consider stopping at Sierra Cleaners if you want PROPER dry cleaning done, from some of the most professional people I have ever done business with. I won't go to another dry cleaner, I will never look back, and I will never surrender. Still can't sustain red maps though.

I have been a regular customer for a very long time. I dont like to give comments, but lately my suits no longer meet my standard of cleanliness after getting it back from this dry cleaning business. I was about to go out one evening and took out my cleaned suit which was still inside its clear plastic bag I had it washed the week prior. The stains I told and showed to the staff when I brought it in was still there. I dont know if he forgot to make a note or just didn't care. I had two other occasions where my suits stains did not get removed in the past. This is the last time I patronized this business.
