I like this convenience store location where I live. The parking lot is absolutely enormous! Customer service has been pretty decent for me. When I walked in, I get greeted.If they're not two mega, busy in my opinion. I do come here a lot to return amazon.Items, since it's very conveniently located in the store. And there's also enterprise nearby too. You can definitely find some last minute gifts in here and they have some sales and clearance rack items too. It feels like a more laid back department store than some of those ones that are completely packed.And feels like a rat race.

The store carries some desirable items. However, I found the customer service experience to be unsatisfactory. Staff members were unhelpful and appeared less than interested in assisting customers. For example, I wanted to purchase a vacuum listed at a discount, but the staff member I interacted with was unhelpful in answering my questions and providing assistance. While there weren't other vacuums of the same brand with the discounted tag, they didn't want to keep the discount to themselves. They contacted the manager, who brought additional staff to be present during the checkout process, guaranteeing that I wouldn't receive the discount. The item was stated to have been intended for a different item, however, it was the only item of the same brand as indicated on the tag. This was frustrating. Additionally, I found Janet's customer service unhelpful, as she was unwilling to provide information about the manager or her own name. The manager, Ruth, proved equally unhelpful and dismissive when she called in additional staff to reiterate the same information. Please be mindful of the discounts, as they do not always accurately tag the discounted items. Using tags for items not actually listed is unprofessional, time-consuming, lazy, and inaccurate, in addition to being frustrating.

Variety is limited at this location. Everything is organized and easy to find. Prices are hit or miss depending on what you're looking for. Some items are at full retail while other items are at a decent sale price. Customer service is good and employees were very helpful. I just wish they featured more sale items like I see on their website.

Always organized and clean.. The people work there is friendly, I like this store. Oh and there is discounts all the time

Went to Kohl’s looking for a sport coat and found exactly what I needed at a reasonable price. Good selection and an easy shopping experience. Would definitely shop here again.

Decent selection of men and women's clothing. Sephora inside which also sells men's fragrances.Convenient Amazon return center in back of store. Home goods as well as cooking and kitchen tools available. Prices slightly on the high side compared to othe stores

Lorence checked us out today and there was a lot of people doing their Christmas shopping. She was so patient, kind and helpful. She didn't rush and was just so sweet! Got a great team member!
