Lots of classic flavors with small twists. Really great for guests that would enjoy seafood and people who enjoy classic food. Great place to start a nice out. Super delicious appetizers and small bites. Dirty gin Martini, french 75 and repasado Margarita were all delicious! Staff were super friendly and attentive. Potatoe croquettes, oysters and lobster roll we're all delicious!
My Sister & I stopped here for some cocktails during their Christmas pop up. I was appreciative of the festive atmosphere without the area feeling stuffy or cramped. It was extremely busy but I didn’t feel like I was packed on top of other people and the service was actually extremely fast and friendly. The only down side was we weren’t super jazzed about the cocktails or shots we had. Still had a fun time though!
I was really disappointed by the ambiance and presentation of my drink. I expected a high-end atmosphere and well-presented cocktails, but instead I paid $17 for an Old Fashioned served in a plastic cup with crushed ice. The drink itself tasted good, but the presentation didn’t match the price, especially after adding a 20% tip. For a bar that markets itself as upscale, this felt underwhelming and not worth the cost. This experience felt more like a corner pop-up than a luxury cocktail bar.
Love this place. Currently serving a pop-up Halloween themed bar 'Lagoon' 🍸 at The Citizen's Trust. Excellent service as always and great drinks. Happy Hour 4-7pm!
Came here to check out their holiday pop-up. There was a little bit of a wait which was to be expected, but when we got in, there was no seating or tables available and all the drinks came in plastic cups not the cute cups like some of the other bars with the same "miracle" menu. The vibes were giving corporate event and we’re not cozy or Instagramable and I felt bad for people that were very dressed up who wanted to take photos. I was the only one in my group who liked my drink because I had gotten it at a different bar beforehand. I personally would not go back.
Maybe I’m a grinch, but I was disappointed by the Christmas pop up. I was expecting a lot more aggressive Christmas-ness (like what I’ve seen at other Christmas pop ups). We got two cocktails that were interesting, but we didn’t love them. I wasn’t expecting Christmas mugs because we came on a Friday night, but I was disappointed to have what I was expecting to be an upscale cocktail served in a plastic glass. Beautiful space though!
This place has so much potential. The "special" drink menus and decor at Christmas and now Halloween are abysmal. You literally have the most beautiful and sophisticated bar space in the city. The Christmas decor was so tacky. (Think lawn inflatables). The vibe could be upscale hotel at Christmas but instead it's Clark Griswold. Now the same is true of Halloween decor. We always bring our out of town guests here before or after dinner. Always met with great reviews, but the seasonal decor takes away rather than add to the experience.
