Mary was very friendly helping us find what we were shopping for. When we found the luggage on sale, we were happy. Then, we found Mary again at the check-out counter. She helped me save another 40% by signing up for the Kohl's credit card. Great experience! Beautiful store!

0-Star Horrible Supervision & Worst Experience ever! My family and I have been loyal Kohl’s customers for over 8 years, and we have never experienced anything like what happened the other night. We walked in around 8:45 PM to buy perfume, but no one was at Sephora for over 10 minutes. I went to the register where two associates were chatting and asked if anyone could assist us. They told us, "Just grab what you want and pay at the register," even though everything is locked and you clearly can’t grab anything. I went back again and they said they would call someone. I also asked if I could use my Kohl’s Cash and they said yes. After waiting about 15 more minutes, Isabel finally showed up with a nasty attitude, talking to us like we were bothering her. When we simply tried to reconfirm what the cashiers had told us, she became even more rude and dismissive. I asked for a supervisor, and Isabel said, "I am," with the same disrespectful tone. I told her I would reach out to corporate because this was unacceptable. This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at Kohl’s. Last time ever to this place!

There is always lots of good stuff to shop for at Kohl's. I appreciate that they use a single line at the check-out, and they seem to have enough checkers currently to handle the line in a reasonable time. The checker reminded us that we should have gotten a coupon code in our email, and sure enough, it was there. We saved 40% or something! There's always something new to find, even if it's just a new shirt or a box of Legos.

I just went to this location with my mom and the cashier with curly hair was really rude to my mom he ripped my mom's coupon in front of her because she didn't have a kohls account really disappointed this is what kohls hires and thats how they treat the elderly 😒

WENT TO KOHL'S TO RETURNED MY GRANDBABY CLOTHES THAT I PURCHASED A FEW MONTH'S AGO THEY ARE TO SMALL NOW I NEW A BIG ONES AND ALSO SEND BACK A PACKAGE FROM AMAZON THE STAFF FROM THE PLACE CASHIERS THE ALWAYS AVAILABLE AND THEY WILL BE ALWAYS WELCOME YOU WHEN YOU WALK IN OR IF YOU IN THE STORE AISLES THE ASK YOU IF NEED ANY HELP WITH SOMETHING OR IF YOU FIND WHAT YOU WERE LOOKING FOR IT. I LOVE TO SHOP AT KOHL'S.

Khols at the Crossings in Corona,CA was a nice friendly store. I did not find a baseball hat that said California on it. But, The associates helped me very much. Was clean, roomy and had alot of other nice merchandise in the store.

We had a great time Christmas shopping at Kohls. The staff were in every department, they were friendly and very helpful. They have some great sales happening right (which I loved) now. Plus I earned $60 in Kohls Cash to start using the next day.
