Horrible treatment. The security boy the one with a parrot nose is really mean looking at people weird making people feel harassed, he takes the cart away when theres still clothes in it at the register, and at the moment of checking bags all his nose is inside the bag he does that with a lot of costumers specially women, also the broken english lady always following costumers through the store literally next to people asking what they are looking for many times, horrible experience this December 27th, never going back, if you need anything from Ross and you don't want to feel harassed by a weird lady or a parrot just do yourself a favor and go to another Ross. One star because theres no option of 0. Besides the restroom is really dirty and the store is just a mess, they treat customers like this?
I thought I walked into a retail store, but I quickly realized I was an audience member for a very specific type of performance art, curated and starring Area Supervisor, Cristy. The store's inventory was so sparse, I genuinely believed Cristy was running a highly exclusive "minimalist scavenger hunt" rather than a discount department store. Trying to ask her a question about the three lonely items left on a shelf was like interrupting a monarch's coronation. Cristy approached me with a sigh so dramatic, I think the wind shifted direction. She perfected the 'side-eye' maneuver that suggests your very presence is a violation of international law. When I pointed out a significant mess, she gave me the look of a movie villain who just realized the hero has the secret plans, and then simply walked away, leaving me to wonder if I had accidentally joined her staff without pay. If you enjoy feeling like you've personally offended the manager by daring to shop here, or if you appreciate supervisory staff whose demeanor suggests they'd rather be literally anywhere else, then by all means, come meet Cristy. Otherwise, save yourself the comedy of errors and shop somewhere where the management doesn't treat customer service like a punishment.
This store is clean most of the time. There restrooms smell amazing, and there's hardly ever any trash on the floor. Whatever little mess you do see is from customers. There's always someone trying to clean up, though. It never gets super packed, which is what i love about this store. The workers are always sweet and ready to help.
Horrible ROSS employees. The cashier was racist against my black child and started mumbling hateful speech that the shopper behind me over heard. I brought this up to the manager on duty and acted like I was bothering her and did not care at all. Just the worst Ross I've ever been.
Wow this store was a hot mess! It looked like a tornado had blown through. Clothes on the floor, shoes all over the place. A very tiny men's section. Worse of all, what's with their queue and the ENORMOUS lines with 1 person working a register. They must have a lot of theft because I've never seen a Ross with security right at the door. Awful store.
The employees are extremely rude, it took 20 minutes to get a purse after I waited to pay at registers. I had to go through 3 people and security just to get someone over. All of the items were thrown in the bag, none folded and hanging out. After the purse was off they put it on a whole different Register so again I was waiting. TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION. My next visit I will be speaking to a manager. I’ve worked retail for many years, the manager/ASM doesn’t know how to run a team. Terrible location.
I love Ross. I have been shopping for 27 years now that’s why I’m broke lol
