Sam's Club

Why the heck would you guys send me 2 of the same halves of this tree!?!?!? Somebody in shipping was definitely pre"lit" when they processed my order (smh). So we're currently here at your store trying to get this situated TONIGHT. Your rep at member services is not helping with the situation at all. This is really agitating.

I always enjoy shopping at my favorite Sam's Club .Love the meat prices and produce .Excellent in quantity and quality. 5 big stars. Plus the snow crab & shrimp are great buys when cooking my favorite meals or by themselves. Also I highly recommend the chicken tenders for a healthier meal. And the bake section where they have cookies for the holidays and delicious cupcakes for kids

The cafe staff here are extremely disorganized and unprofessional. One time I waited about 40 minutes for a pizza, only to be told afterward that it would take another two hours and that I should just request a refund. On another visit, I waited 20 minutes in line to order a single hot dog, only to be told I needed to stand in a completely different line just for that item-even though it would have taken almost no time to prepare. The staff also came across as rude and uninterested in helping customers, and there never seems to be any urgency in getting orders out. Overall, the service experience here has been frustrating and poorly managed.

This Sam’s Club is very good. It’s kind of like all the other Sam’s Clubs though. Some of the food that the chefs make (not the cafe, some of the foods next to the bakery) aren’t that great but other than that it’s really good. I like the pizza pretzels at the cafe.

I love the affordable pricing at Sam’s! The store is hardly packed on the weekdays and the plus membership is a plus for early access. The cafe selection is great too and delicious! My husband loves the spice selection here too!

I am visiting the state of California right now. And so I found a Sam's Club not far from the house I'm staying at. I actually had a wonderful visit I was able to find everything that I needed. And then I went outside and I met the Salvation Army guy named chris. What a blessing he is. Of course you know it's self-checkout mostly so I really don't have any response for a cashier. The lines were not busy at all so I had no problem checking out so this time of the day is probably a wonderful time to go shopping if you don't like crowds. I am definitely going to recommend Sam's Club. Whether you live locally or you're just passing through and have a Sam's Club card you need to come over here and support your local business. Thank you Sam's Club for all of the great food I was able to get to serve in my community

With Scan N Go shopping on the weekends is breeze. Love it! Today 7-24-24 was met by more friendly staff. Billy was so nice and helpful. It doesn't surprise me that everyone that works at Sam's are all amazing. I guess that's why we go to Sam's a couple times a week. Scan & go makes it so fast and easy I shop. The staff is a bonus. Just picked up 2-29-24, in the meat department two large slabs of Pork Ribs $2.00 lb. You can find great marked down meats. Husband went back a couple of days later for a quick Roasted Chicken and ended up picking up a package of Prime Filet Mignon at a great price. We Fancy 😂 Sam's has these really nice Soft Pretty Throw Blankets 60" x 70" for under $10.00. Our cat loves them so much. I bought 4 of them to protect our bedding and a couple for home to lounge on us.
