This is one of the biggest stores I have been to. They have a pretty good selection of many of the items you may be looking for.
Cashier was very rude. Only spoke nicely when asking for a credit card application. I’ll never come back.
The workers keep hogging all the Sanrio hello kitty items and leaving us none of them. There will be 5 people at the cashier with 2 open. All they do is talk to each other NOT DOING THEIR JOB. Meanwhile us customers been waiting in line for 20 minutes. Waste of time. Always hiring but never hiring me.
I like this store but employees are rude the ones on the floor unpacking they talk to each other or on phone . But don't help you out if your looking for something
The worst store. Broken items left and right I asked for help they did not help instead they were more interested in getting away
Shopped for some bedroom decor here and the selection was great. Found multiple things to match the color scheme and textures I was going for! I did find a pillow i loved that didn't have a price tag on it, but Victor went out of his way to make sure he could price match it for me! I was very pleased with the way he handled my requests and he was patient with me! Definitely made my experience go a lot better!
Poor customer service and staff lacks basic courtesy. I did some shopping, paid for them and just wanted to store the shopping bags for a while I go and have some lunch nearby. They were reluctant and kept on insisting to keep it in the car and I suggested I was a tourist and do not have a car, i’ll take a cab when I am done with lunch. Just this small courtesy started becoming a big hassle for them and made a big deal out of it. Eventually I just left carrying all the bags with me. Especially the manager, totally unwilling to help or make someone’s life easy
