Kona Cleaners

I brought them two very expensive items asking to clean them from stains. When I picked them up, they looked even dirtier than before. Definitely do not recommend! I also noticed that all of my pearl buttons are completely cracked. Even I know that such buttons require very careful handling since they are extremely fragile and sensitive to temperature, but apparently your staff is not aware of this.

I have been taking my clothes to Kona Cleaners for the past 5 years. They take excellent care of my clothes. They’re always helpful, especially when I’m in a jam and need something done quickly. I also love the 24 hour drop off/pick up. As far as I’m concerned, Kona Cleaners is the best 🩷

Excellent prices and service. The employees were the kindest and friendliest! My article of clothing was pressed perfectly. The price was more than 1/2 lower than a cleaner in a neighboring city. Thank you very much Kona Cleaners!

Kona Cleaners was Outstanding! They did a one day turnaround for me of 11 items and they were ready for pick up hours earlier than what was even promised! I loved how they used text messaging for all communication. It was wonderful that they do all cleaning on site. Their quality of dry cleaning looks very good. I will compare their pricing to my current dry cleaners.

My first time there i had 19 items. Mostly regular dress shirts, 1pair of nice jeans and 1 sweater. I wasn't asked about any service levels. $142. Some dress shirts were ~$5-$6 some were $11-$12?? 3 polo shirts were $10 each. Even if cleaning was worth those prices(doubtful) it certainly wasn't what was needed.

I've been coming here to this location for several years the last few months I've had four expensive clothing items "lost" here. A gucci shirt worth $750 and dresses over $1000. I just spoke to the manager of this location and he shrugged his shoulders and said "we might have accidentally given it to someone else". Who says that? This is the last time I will ever be taking my clothes here. Personally, I believe they steal the nice items. This is utter ridiculous. I asked if they can replace the shirts if I provided a receipt and he goes " we're not gonna give you the full price of the refund just a percentage". I might report this to the Better Business Bureau.

Great service! I dropped off two dresses to be cleaned and noted that I would like sewing services once cleaned since the strap of one needed to be reattached. When I went to pick up my dresses, they had fixed the strap, free of charge! I will be back!
