Nordstrom Rack

I purchased a pair of shoes from this store, and despite using them very lightly and under normal conditions, they tore after just one month. It became clear that the product was defective from the beginning. When I contacted the store to explain the issue and informed them that the purchase was made one month ago, they refused to take any responsibility and clearly stated that they would not do anything to help. I also asked to speak with a manager, but no proper assistance was provided. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and unwillingness to stand behind the products they sell is extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this place. Very bad experience.

I always love coming here because of their extensive shoe collection and the last couple times i wasn't lucky but this time, to my surprise, they had what I was looking for. Solid black cowboy boots. This is actually hard to find because it's a rare color and usually the style isn't right or they add another color in it. But this was simple yet really nice. And they also have a cool gift section and really love it, I actually got this silly toy and I'm a kid at heart so I was really happy to find it.

Love Nordstrom Rack. This one has lots of variety and selections. I wanted everything! Great selection of shoes to choose from as well. Great! Location plenty of other great stores around and restaurants within walking distance.

I usually enjoy shopping at Nordstrom, but the music they play in-store is a huge turn-off. They often blast rock music, which creates a tense and overwhelming vibe. It’s really not the kind of atmosphere I want when I’m trying to browse and shop comfortably. I find myself leaving sooner than I planned just to get away from the noise. It would be much better if they played something more relaxing and welcoming. Until they fix this, I might take my business elsewhere.

Never go there on a weekend! The lines are too long! I went on a weekday and it was a 10 minute wait at the most. BTW - I love this store and the staff. Everyone is so kind and helpful.
