Hemlock Fox

This is such a magical place, oh my goodness! I went to their tea event, and was so excited about how in-depth the experience was. The vendor was so incredible—I’m already a huge fan of her tea, so it was such a lovely surprise to see she was the tea vendor for the event. The Hemlock Fox staff did SUCH a great job with this event too—from the choice of vendor partnerships, to the decor, down to the tea spoons we got to take home—-the whole experience was so charming! The tea was delicious, the treats were fantastic, and they had Shelby, a fantastic local tarot reader there also! It was such a fantastic community event, and I look forward to coming back for more of their events and trying some of their drinks.

I recently went with my girlfriend and sister in law (and two year old niece) and I’m incredibly impressed! The staff were more than welcoming to us and very attentive. The bar was clean, ambient and full of good vibes. My girlfriend has celiac and I was surprised to have our bartender bring up allergens before we could ask to ensure her safety consuming drinks (which were delicious and reasonably priced). Overall incredible experience and will be going back soon! (They even let my niece feed their turtle Alex 😀)

I came here for the first time today with my girlfriend, sister and 2 year old niece, and it was such an amazing experience. I have celiac, and before I even mentioned anything, my sister ordered the chai drink and the bartender wanted her that it contained gluten! I then mentioned I was celiac (my sister is not so she got the chai drink and said it was delicious, it was non alcoholic so my niece loved it too!) so they were super kind and cleaned the drink shaker for me to make sure that there wouldn’t be any cross contamination. I ordered the forever after and it was really good, and pretty! (It had glitter!) While we were sitting with our drinks they have tons of games or coloring books, and one of the employees let our niece feed their adorable turtle named Alex! Overall, it was an amazing experience with such wonderful staff and welcoming environment, I can’t wait to go back! 😊😊

What a fun place! The bartenders are very helpful and kind. The drinks are delicious and there are plenty available for those that drink alcohol and those that don’t. They focus on herbal tonics and are artfully done. They always have a movie playing and their resident familiar. Games, books and tarot are there for things to do. My only thing is that they could have more comfortable seating but I’m sure that’s coming. The decor is really fantastic. A fun hole in the wall Denton treasure!

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!! I am a recovering alcoholic. I can *just exist* in this space without being slammed with alcohol signage, booze bottles and smell. This is a great option for a third space that doesn't absolutely prioritize booze. There ARE liquor and some canned options you can add to the crafted mocktails, but the super focus is on the mocktail. Which makes ordering at the bar so much easier for me. I bring people here all the time and they love the vibes, the Foxtenders are super welcoming! My lil groups love this space. Absolutely 100% recommend going to try them out!

The atmosphere is so cool and inviting! There's so much to check out on the walls. The bartender is very nice and helpful. It's a spafe space for all.

Friendly staff, lots of entertainment options, delicious drinks. The atmosphere was lovely and the place smelled great. This could easily become a favorite hangout spot.
