Jean at the Downers Grove location is a jewel. I called the store to check on a puffer jacket. She took the time to measure the length and help me determine the best fit. Jean is product knowledgeable, congenial, and an excellent communicator. Give her a raise. I purchased the coat, can’t wait to see if it fits.

I’ve seen so many of their funny commercials but have never been into one of their stores. They’re really nicely decorated! I would say that they’re on par with the Eddie Bauers, REI, and North Faces of the Industry. They don’t just have men’s underwear here!

Only buy when items are on sale. Although the quality is good, they prices are high without sales or coupons. The employees are extra helpful and provide a welcoming orderly environment.

Great customer service . I just started wearing Duluth shorts and pants . I like the fit. Need to update my review . The buttons have popped off on 3 of the 3 pairs of pants I purchased . Returning at store is easy but for me it’s a long drive

I came here back in October. I did not have a good experience here. I made a purchase online and went to pick up my order, which I had gotten a message saying it was ready to pick up. I drove an hour to pick this up When I got there it wasn't ready. While I waited for it to get put together I asked if someone could help me look for another pair of pants because I was told the one pair of pants I had bought for my son, was no longer in stock. It seemed like they were all too busy to help me. There was a middle-aged woman behind the.counter who was too busy marking products to help me the middle aged man was not very pleasant or helpful, and he sent a teenage guy who really didn't know anything about the pants to help me. I was so frustrated and thought I'm never going there again. My boys really like their products . I think they are overpriced, and if their customer service continues to be like that, they will be out of business soon. Also, the pair of pants I did buy started showing stretch marks, and it's been less than 5 months since he's had them.

I have been a repeat customer here for a while. Love the ballroom double flex jeans, dang soft underwear and other items. no issues at all
