Great experience picking out our furniture with the help of the staff. Came by the house to measure and review final materials. One problem was their responsiveness regarding our delivery. Poor communication. The delivery team was excellent.

I had a great experience at La-Z-Boy. Kal was a very good sales guy - helped to find what we were looking for and did not force us into getting something we didn’t want. They were very easy to work with. Delivery was very smooth and very friendly staff assembled the sofa and recliners. We are very happy with the service and quality.

Everyone who sat in this recliner loved it. So three months later, I bought another one. Still trying to figure out how to add a third, so we can all be comfy. I've owned many recliners in my 75+yrs. This one has been the most adaptable to a variety of body shapes and handicaps. My favorites: leg support is seamless, no gaps anywhere; arms and back support perfect! *****

I recently wanted to purchase a recliner. I walked into La-Z-Boy and was surprised to discover that there were about 40 different recliner models on the showroom floor. I initially entered with a $650 budget. I sat in and tried out 20 different recliners to get a sense of quality, comfort and features. There are some major differences in how they feel. I tried an electric model that was on sale for 40% off and it felt so good I had to buy it. Electric models are fully 100% adjustable to provide the most comfortable position for you. Put your feet exactly where you want them, put your back and head at exactly the angle that feels best. You can't do any of that with a manual recliner chair. I ended up spending $1400 for my recliner, but I know it's worth the cost. It was that good!!! Ashley Furniture had many models and choices for cheaper prices. However, the quality, construction and solidity of their products was poor in comparison to La-Z-Boy. The standard lazy boy warranty is 3 years for the electric motor. 1 year for the fabric.

What a pleasure waking around looking at furniture and yet now being pressured. Sales people were so helpful !! I did purchase a sofa & chair along with pillows. Been Mehta, came the following day to measure before arrival of furniture. I appreciated all the advice to decorate with pictures & Rug etc. Let’s just say very pleased with the end of my transaction. Thank you.

My wife and I had a very good experience here buying a new sofa and recliner. Mike was great: always very helpful, never pushy at all. His colleague helped too while Mike was busy with someone else. The whole store has good energy. This will be our first stop if we ever need more furniture… Which we might not, since La-Z-Boy holds up so well!

I was shopping for a lift recliner for my disabled sister. We had friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful salesmen.Her chair was delivered within 3 days.. The delivery men were actually earlier than planned which was great. They were very professional, friendly and efficient in the delivery process. Overall, a great experience.
