Showing up at 9pm on a Saturday night, to enjoy a burger... or any food for that fact. Just to be told that "They decided to clean the hoods and the kitchen is closed". So... either the owner neglected customers and has no idea how to run a bar at peak hours... or they done messed up somewhere with staffing and had to make up excuses to cover said owners bad staffing choices. I've been here before and have never seen such a lack of customer service. Something as simple as food at a establishment that just said "nope"... well moving on.

My party came for the affordable drinks, I came for chicken wings. The chef cooks the wings to perfection, I had to ask the waitress to thank him for us, the chef came out shook our hand and gave us a few cooking secrets. If you're ever in the neighborhood stop in for some good wings and affordable drinks!

I've stopped into Bralie's a couple of times, as well as their II location in NW. This was the first time I did a food order, on Masters Sunday, as well. You never really know how it's going to be with the self-labeled sports bars, but I think they've gotten it right here. A plethora of TV's no matter what direction you're looking. A good sized bar, and I believe a second in the smaller area, which may be open during busier times. There's some game type things set up out of the way so you aren't tripping over them. The chicken Philly was actually pretty good, and I didn't get a frozen ingredient vibe like you sometimes do with pub food. The bucket special was kindly offered and accepted, which probably shaved a few bucks off the tab. There are no reasons to keep me from going back.

I was in Durham for a wedding and happened to be around on a Sunday afternoon so I wanted to find a place to watch a Bill's game and get wings and beers. I came across Bralie's and spent a few hours there. It was pretty decent. Most importantly they had many games on - pretty much any NFL fan could find their team. There was a good collection of Bills fans, so I kinda just found my way into that group. Ordered a few Labatts and wings. The wings were fine. IMO they were not up to the hype as other reviewers have said. Don't get me wrong - they were totally fine, but not anything like a Buffalo native would expect. Crispy - yes, sauce was weird - very black pepper heavy.. Kinda dry - perhaps overdone. Being a long way from home, I had no real complaints. 4/5 - I'd come back.

Wow. This little place has a lot going. Good food is only one. Pool, darts, karokee, and bingo! No wait, staff, though??
