Great tap room! Good location with ample parking. Excellent beer and wine choices, with tons of seating indoors and out. Great place for a fun evening with friends.

I worked with Plank Road Tap Room to host my wedding ceremony and cocktail hour on September 27, 2025. First off, the process was so easy. I worked closely with Breanne and she handled everything so wonderfully. She was accommodating with our rehearsal time, clear with all communication, incredibly helpful day-of, and a total joy to work with. I am beyond grateful that I felt I was in such good hands the whole time. Also the ceremony space and outdoor trail made for some seriously amazing pictures that I'm still in awe over. A cabin style bar that serves local beers as well as wines and whiskeys. The beer selection rotates monthly. They have a covered patio plus our door seating. Food is BYO. They are a 21+ establishment except on Family Sundays. Check their website site for details. It's a nice setting to enjoy a beer or two but I wish they had food options and entertainment more option.

This place is really cool. Super friendly & fast servers who are knowledgeable about the beer list and what they're serving. The trail pass is worth it if you enjoy walking in tranquil wooded pathways while drinking amazing beer and seeing a chill horse hanging out. I definitely recommend visiting Plank Road Tap Room After visiting twice I'm absolutely coming back.

Plank Road Tap Room has one of the best tap lists, not only in Illinois but in the Country! Every time I go there the beer is just outstanding! My husband and I love coming here with friends every weekend. Great outdoor space, local brews, and awesome food truck options that rotate frequently. We also love how close they are!

BEST PLACE EVERRRRR!!!! tremendous experiences with this place! best beer garden in the area. the owners and staff are honestly the nicest people i have ever met. new to beer? no worries! ask for suggestions and they hook you up. want something unique? book their pod! 10/10 recommend. this place is by far the greatest place. i have never felt more comfortable. get to tap room asap!! and relax! youre here now :)))
