Friendly but not pushy, well informed staff (often the owner). High quality furniture. If you miss Scan Designs, check them out. Plenty of parking. I love my new Fjords recliner. Smaller and sleeker than any other I have ever seen. Also they feature different local artists in the decor. I went initially because they were having a show of work from the Eugene Weavers’ Guild, of which I am a member, so it paid off for them! 😆 The photos I have are nothing to write home about I guess, but here they are. My friend made the dark pillow! And you can see a tiny bit of a woven table runner behind the leather samples!

I liked Josh’s professional, unobtrusive way of helping us with the purchase of a reclining chair. He also pointed out items that were on sale.

A nice family run business that carries high quality furniture and, for the line we were interested in, at reasonable prices. At no point was there any attempt to sway us to purchase. The recliner was delivered in the time frame promised. Both Josh and Katie were very pleasant to work. All-in-all a good buying experience.

West Avenue is a friendly family owned business in Eugene Oregon. I'm the kind of person that buys used furniture almost exclusively . West Avenue is a high-end furniture place but when you walk in it's got a completely different feel from most of them I have experienced. No high pressure only warm welcoming vibes. Their customer service is excellent, and their delivery service which is done by one of the brothers in the family was excellent as well. Bravo West Avenue
