Quite possibly some of the best service I’ve ever received. I walked in to have alterations for my suite and purchase additional items. Without even being measured, Damaris, immediately provided a shirt size recommendation which turned out to be the exact fit I needed. Carlos assisted me with my additional purchases and the tailor (which I failed to ask her name) ensured that my suite fit just right for my measurements. Top notch customer service! Recommended to all looking for suites!

We had an amazing experience at the Men’s Wearhouse on Austin Street in Forest Hills while shopping for wedding attire. Erica was absolutely fantastic—knowledgeable, attentive, and so helpful. She showed us multiple options, explained the differences between suits, rentals vs. purchasing, and even helped us visualize the full look. She made the entire process easy, stress-free, and enjoyable, especially since my fiancée was nervous going in. She was also funny and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend asking for Erica—you won’t be disappointed!

Excellent service. I bought a suit during black friday. It was a great price, the suit came this past friday unfortunately the pants were too small. I brought it to the forest hills location yesterday 12/6 and they helped me exchange the pants and ordered a new pair of pants in a bigger size to be delivered to my house. It was seamless. Thank you guys. There was a young man working and a lovely woman who helped me. The are the best. Thank you!

If I could leave zero stars I would. How many negative posts for customer service will corporate allow on this location before they revamp their thought process with who they hire. Went in to look at some men’s sweaters, barely a greeting from the troll folding clothing by the door. I told him what I was looking for, but I did not know the size. I only knew the height and age of the recipient. This creep had nothing but attitude, told me it would not help him if I did not have the size, then laughed at me when I told him that the person was thin, but I did not know his weight or exact size. He kind of snickered and turned around to point to a table of sweaters. When I told him I would just look at sweaters on my own he said "that doesn’t help me —what size are you looking for?" It was then that I could sense that he was in the wrong field. Am I the first customer he ever encountered who didn’t know exactly what they were looking for?? He acted so belligerent that I was really floored and had to bite my tongue before telling him to watch his attitude. Short, bald, glasses, look out for him. This guy should just be returning soda cans at the local grocer for his paycheck, he truly doesn’t deserve to be called any kind of sales associate because he does not know how to treat customers or welcome them into a store that pretty much is obsolete now anyway. Thanks for nothing, Men’s Warehouse! PS management should NOT bother trying to reach out with their cookie-cutter response about thanking me for my feedback because I see other reviewers have had the same negative comments over time and nothing is ever done to improve things. Shame.

Review for Men’s Wearhouse – 7000 Austin Street, Forest Hills, NY 11375 Extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. I went to pick up my rental suit for a wedding this Saturday, and it was a complete letdown. After driving 30 minutes and paying $2.50 for metered parking, I expected things to go smoothly — but that was not the case. The pants were far too short, stopping about three inches above my ankles, and the suit jacket was too small. When I asked what measurements they had taken, no one could give me an answer. The employee then told me I’d have to come back another day because the jacket wasn’t in stock — even though my event is this Saturday. I was told they would FedEx it, and I’m now hoping it arrives by noon the next day. To make matters worse, the shirt they handed me looked like it had been stuffed in a pocket — completely wrinkled and unpresentable. When I pointed this out, the employee confirmed that was indeed the shirt I was supposed to wear. Overall, this experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. If the wedding weren’t just days away, I would have requested a refund and gone elsewhere. I will not be returning to this Men’s Wearhouse location and strongly recommend others look elsewhere for formalwear rentals.

The customer service at this store is truly outstanding. II had an issue with a different Men's Wearhouse location where I believed I was overcharged for a tuxedo rental. I returned the tuxedo was to the Forest Hills store instead of the original rental location. The manager, Frank, reached out to me directly and resolved the issue. I really appreciate his help. Frank went above and beyond to fix a problem that wasn’t even caused by his store. His professionalism and willingness to step in made all the difference.

Benjamin was extremely helpful. He listened very attentively to my needs for a new suit. He was not pushy at all & had great suggestions. I bought a new suit, shirt & tie. I will absolutely come back when necessary.
