I had the most wonderful experience shopping for a new couch. From the very first phone call with Elise before coming in, to completing my purchase, Elise was absolutely amazing. She was so helpful and answered all my questions! I wasn’t sure about what couch I wanted and couldn’t make a decision and Elise was so patient with me! This place always has the best employees and great customer service! I bought a Takston bedroom set last year as well as a couch, and today I just completed my Takston bedroom set. Lucas was amazing and made the process seamless. From their service to delivery and set up I can’t recommend this store enough and I will continue to buy my furniture from here.

I popped into the store last second looking for a specific sofa. After not finding it, I worked with Tania. The one I was looking for was only available online but Tania took me around the store (several times) showing me options that could work. She listened to my endless demands and didn’t try to sell me something that didn’t fit what I was looking for. In short, Tania was AWESOME! Fun, funny, helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating and did not push/ get too sales-y. It was a perfect experience that led me to a different sofa that’ll be delivered next week! Fingers crossed it’s just as great as my purchase experience was. If you come to this store, ask for Tania - she’s a rockstar!!!
