I also happened to be there and I seen that the manager was very respectful and professional towards you. Coming from someone who has worked in costumer service for so long, people need to realize that it is not okay to try to return back used (and very mistreated) boots/products, and think you can get away with it. I have been shopping at western boots fashion for quite some time now. They are always so professional and very helpful. The owners and workers are always willing to go out of their way to assist their costumers. Please don’t go around making false accusations, if you know you were the one in the wrong.
