I waited around 30 minutes to pick up an online order because the line for Amazon returns was combined with online pickup orders. I was not able to use self pickup for two of my orders.The line became very long, and no additional staff were brought in, nor was there a separate line created for online pickups. The staff member assisting, Miruelle, was polite, but the service was not very efficient. Lacked common sense and even told his co-worker (whom was returning something) about how he’s not even stressed because he’s off tomorrow. For example, one customer spent about 10 minutes trying to locate her receipt on her phone or get service, and during that time no assistance was offered and the line was not managed. The situation could have been improved by asking the customer to step aside, assisting other guests in the meantime, or calling for additional support, as there were at least 10 people waiting in line.

Review for Amazon Drop Off: This place is awful. Long lines and then attitude. Cell service very poor and when you can't pull up the return QR Code the person behind the counter says I have to sign in to the public wifi to get the codes. Really? Had to go out in the parking lot, open the amazon app, download the QR Code and text it to myself. Very bad. Don't bother

Kohls sends you a email to review your visit and when trying to send it back, of course it was saying there is an issue! 12/13... waited in self pick up. Cashier helped 3 people while I stood there and never acknowledged me once. A couple came behind me and within minutes an employee came and scanned their phone. Even though I was waiting it took me to give her a look for her to ask me if I had an order. I said I have two! she looked at the first order I showed her and said look in these boxes and never checked my second and she took off. My second order had a barcode. So I waited and another employee came by to give the couple their package, looked at me and walked away! I said excuse me can I get help. She didn't seem happy to be there she got my order and said here you go and walked away! Not a good experience!! There was a girl in a light blue flannel that was so nice while I waited for my items at the end.

I think this store has amazing deals on jewelery. Just check the fine print: the sterling silver jewelery and the plated metal are usually on display together.

Jake was awesome helping me with the shoes, and Noelia at Sephora found me the cologne I’ve been looking for for literally years!

Came in to pay my bill & check out clearance. I honestly couldn't find Anything for myself & wondered "Who the heck would wear this stuff?!?" Both cashiers I encountered were nice & helpful. I did find two gift shirts for someone.

Why does it take less time to open a second mortgage on my house than it does to check out at Kohls? There has to be a way to take care of customers faster
