Melissa has horrible customer service. I ordered a package to arrive here and UPS clearly stated if the package was to be picked up by someone other than myself, the tracking number was required. After sending my mother with the tracking number, she denied her the package with a very patronizing and sarcastic attitude. MAJOR inconvenience as I was unable to come in to store. Man with red hair, blue eyes was very sweet who helped me receive my package. I did not catch his name.

I had a great experience in the framing department this afternoon! I think his name was Steve (or Steven), he was super helpful in making sure I got the right frames for my poster art, even after a little mix-up with the art mats. I really appreciated his great customer service and kindness. The girls at the balloon area were also very friendly and helpful!

Placed an online order to be shipped on the website, and I traced the tracking to this particular store. (The items I purchased were not available at my local Michael’s.) Everything in the box arrived destroyed because the items were not padded in any way. This is the second time this has happened from items shipped from this particular store, which I had a similar experience. I had to go to my local Michael’s to make my returns, and the people working there were completely shocked by the negligence. These were fragile decor items - I would think it would be common sense to at least wrap them in Kraft paper or bubble wrap - the merchandise was literally just thrown into a very large box as-is, which violently jostled them around in transit causing everything to break. I am beyond disappointed as other stores that have shipped items have packaged their merchandise with so much more care. This experience has made me completely weary of purchasing shipped items from Michael’s all together since there is no telling which storefront ships the parcels.

This location is in a complex with lots of other stores and it's hard to find without science telling you where exactly they are. Which in this case it was on the other side of the complex even though the sign was closer to the freeway. The store is okay decent products. Customer service is okay but not that great. Managers were walking around or standing around nearby and there was line of more than four people waiting and not one of them was waiting on anybody. you have customers in line you need to get your lines down.

Pro: Self-check out. Helps cut down the usual long wait at the slow moving cashier's line. Con: "The restrooms are under maintenance. The nearest is at Coffee Bean." I had a flashback of L.A.'s lack of restrooms. Hope it's not a trend.

Friendly and helpful staff. Customer service is great, a rare find in today's world. Keep up the good work.
