Ross Dress for Less

I'll start by saying the staff was extremely friendly. Greeting customers while ringing up customers at the same time. The reason why I gave this location 3 stars is because of the products they have in stock. There is barely anything in there. Not sure if I went on an off day or how to work the Ross system but it just seemed way less than other locations.

New. Very clean and spacious, with a perfect setup for social distancing. But like so many Ross stores, it lacks items and products for sale. I like this store and its friendly staff, and it's located in a very beautiful area.

Today 02/07/2026 at 9:42 am, I came to ross at malvern fullerton for buyingclothes. The cashier didn't say hello. She didn't fold any clothes. She took of the hanger and just threw it in front of me. I am the regular client. But never again I'll make any purchases at this ross.

I get most of my essentials from Ross, great clothes for great prices. Only sometimes, some of their clothes are somewhat messed up, it is very rare though but I guess some customers are just not very happy. Some racks, especially the wallet rack, is often messy and have empty boxes that employees are too lazy to organize. I suggest looking at other Ross locations as well because others are more stocked than this location and have better clothing selections, it’s just luck usually. Reason brand is what they usually have for men.

Victory the ross with the smallest selection had what I needed cleats the store was a little less organized but they got the job done the line was short an check out was fast.. Would you belive I paid less than 40$.. Alma was very welcoming she made me comfortable....

Wish I could give this store a -0. Went shopping with my family my son got hurt in the store. Mngr Ruben in the evening was not considerate at all. No apology, no feelings towards a little kid getting hurt. A nail from the clothes was on the floor. We were walking my son wasn't running. This thing went through his shoe. Shame on you mngrs. No one has reached out on how he's doing.

DO NOT COME HERE unless you wanna feel harassed by workers. Ruben is a horrible manager.
