D T's Tavern

I have never, and hopefully never will again, experience such rude and childish behavior by the bartender. I used to be a regular at this bar, but damn the favoritism and hypocrisy runs high among the bar staff and certain regulars. I intentionally do not sit inside because of some bullshit beef the bartender and her friends have with me. On this particular night, the outside bar was closed due to "staffing issues." So, I was sitting inside minding my own business when someone invited me to sit next to them at the bar. I sit down, and all of a sudden they have a problem with me sitting there. I move over, ask if this seat is better, to which there is no response. I ask what their problem is with me; no response. I ask again. Then all of a sudden they’re like "who are you talking to?" YOU. IM TALKING TO YOU. Bartender inserted herself into what I intended to be a civilized conversation. Her friend, and a regular at the bar, got up to get in my face, to which I remained seated and calm. Then, other male comes out of no where and gets involved, so now 3v1 and yelling in my face. Bartender instructs a CUSTOMER (not a bouncer) to throw ME out when I did absolutely nothing wrong, yet the aggressive girl who gets in my face is in the right??? And I was the one who was trying to fight her? Then lies to police about the whole thing.

This is for the bartender that worked 09/27/25 night she was awful. Stood at the bar to order a drink and I told her what I wanted to drink and she got mad because I "yelled" like there is extremely LOUD music playing how else are you supposed to hear what I want if I don’t speak louder because of the music playing. She gave this establishment a bad look. Stopping to smoke her vape while people are waiting for drinks. She was just RUDE. Bring the nice guy with the glasses back. Definitely won’t spend my money with this place if she is behind the bar anymore.

Another little gem in the downtown Greenville area. Indoor and outdoor seating. Bar staff was great. We didn't try anything off the limited menu, but the libations were good.

Just went there at 12:40 on a Saturday night, and they rejected letting me in for a white tank top (not a T-shirt like the sign says) and the two security fought about how one said I’m ok and the other said no. End result, they said no. P.S, the guy in front of me was let in with camouflage pants, which was on the same sign of prohibited prints. Don’t risk going if you’re wearing fabric.

We popped in here to kill some time and ended up having the most fabulous time. Billy took great care of us and we made new friends. We sang and had drinks, laughed and it was a great night. Thank you for a great night!! SC and DR

No cover charge..Cool but crowded...my drink was Ok..(lemon drop)..the music was hitting tho...

I have been coming to DTs for years and have never experienced the amount of blatant racism I have experienced tonight. After a brief altercation with a woman who assaulted my friend and I TWICE. We were put out after calling the security and she remained in-the club even after causing a major commotion twice. Who do you know assaults somebody and gets to remain in the club twice? Obviously queer white people and that’s okay? Very disappointed in the way The security and staff handled this incident. DTs will never get my money or my company’s money ever again.
