Bass Pro Shops

I've never been in a Bass Pro Shop as big and wonderful as this! Amazing two-story store with everything you need for outdoor activities: camping, fishing, hunting, and more. Wonderful place to take you g children because if all the stuffed animals and scenery. Huge aquarium with fish, and pond with real ducks. Very fun!

Changed from 5 star to 1 star due to the extremely rude staff member at customer service desk. The greeters at the door are ALWAYS fabulous and so nice. Young girl at customer service desk needs training on how to speak to others and how to listen instead of talking over a child trying to speak.

I recently bought boots that ended up being the wrong size. When I took them back to simply exchange they didn't have my size. I was told to exchange them I would have to pay full price and when replacement pair comes in they will refund me the difference. It took over half an hour to simply return the boots. Employees need to be better trained and a more efficient system put in place.

Update- previous review was removed so, here it is again, in simple facts about my experience We purchased a boat from Bass Pro Shops at the start of summer. The sales experience was smooth, and we were told clearly that our purchase included a warranty with routine service covered for the first few years. That assurance was a deciding factor in buying from them. At the end of summer, I called to schedule the service we were promised. Nothing was mentioned about any additional costs. When I arrived (15 minutes early), the service department informed me there was a fee — and the employee said he’d "never seen one without it." That directly contradicts what was explained to us during the sale. When I asked how long the service would take, I received no estimate at all. Not a week, not a month — just "we’ll get to it when we get to it." For a company of this size, that lack of organization and accountability is unacceptable. The difference between how smoothly they handle sales and how poorly they manage service is striking. I want to be clear: this review reflects my firsthand experience. I’m sharing it so future customers know to ask detailed questions before purchasing, confirm every service term in writing, and not rely on verbal assurances. I truly wish we had done the same.

Bass Pro Shops always makes us feel at home, even when we’re away from home. As a local home automation company, we highly recommend them. Their high-quality products provide peace of mind and reliability, which is something we truly value.

This is a nice smaller bass proshop. Very clean friendly employees. Alot to look at took about an hour to walk around and look.

Once again, Johnny Morris and his team did not disappoint. This is one of the best bass pro shops we have been to. Amazing selection, ambiance, and service make this and all of their bass pro shop stores a sanctuary for the sportsman.. thank you !
