Dillard's

My favorite store. People working there are ALWAYS friendly. My favorites are their Roundtree & York Gold Label shirts which stay wrinkle free. Also like their Travelsmart slacks. They have good Polo selection too.

This is an awesome vintage department store. I came in here to film the elevator. They have an awesome 1974 Montgomery elevator that is glass. Only reason this is 3 star instead of 5 is because an employee gave me very dirty looks for simply appreciating their vintage elevator. She also followed us around the store as if we were shop lifters or something after we rode the elevator. Apart from. That. The store is clean and very well stocked as well. Also clean toilets as well.

Had a great shopping experience the customer service was great and we found the perfect gift for grandma Lois.

Dillard’s has done a lot to make the store look excellent!! Loved the displays especially in the beauty department Kiehl’s branding. Lots of excellent sales! Even though the mall is dead as a door nail, Dillard’s still has it going on.

Home of homecoming dresses. And attended from fragrances came by the line for the fitting rooms and gave everyone free samples.

I went to this store hoping to find something for my wife, for Christmas, and, was noticed by this Lady by the name of Evelyn, as I am a man, a bit lost in the women's dept. She came over to me, and figured out that I had seen an item, but it was in the wrong size, she assured me "we have those, but there over in, then walked me most of the way to them, pointing out where I could find them, & I did . "Sales help", from a person who actually knew where things were ! And just as happy as she could be, to be helping someone . I went in, Christmas shopping, and found the Spirit of Christmas very much alive & well, and happy, in this Lady . I think they are on commission, and I wanted her to get that out of her effort . We thanked & wished each other a Merry Christmas, and, I know she meant it as much or more than I do . The Spirit of Christmas is alive & well, at Dillard's in Independence Center .
