I greatly enjoyed my first time shopping in store at Duluth Trading Company! The store was set up beautifully and the customer service was excellent. An employee overheard that I was looking for a specific size and offered to retrieve it for me from the back of the store because it wasn't on the rack. I look forward to shopping there again!

Came in to return a vest because the zipper was damaged. I didn't want to return it because I really liked it and there weren't any left in stock. Angie, Megan, and Carly were actually able to FIX it! How often does that happen, am I right?! Thank you ladies!

Saw a denim chore coat online, called the Independence store to see if they had my size. They found the size I was shopping for, and set it aside. Upon arrival I asked the lady sales associate for assistance on finding some matching jeans for the coat. After not finding my size on the shelves, she tirelessly kept going back and forth to the stock room searching for a perfect match.👌🏿 I love the professional and personable service she displayed.

Very impressive retailer! This is a fun store to visit with interesting displays and a big selection of quality merchandise. Easy to find, right off of I70 and 291 with tons of parking. Although I have bought goods online this was my first in store visit. Offering online shopping with free shipping on orders over $50 or curbside pickup but I suggest you go inside for the full Duluth Trading Co experience!

I just moved to the Kansas City area so I thought I would check out Bass pro shop and as usual great place great customer service every employee asked if I needed help and if I was doing okay. So I thought I would check out Duluth trading walked in, very clean, nice clothes. I walked past three employees and spent 24 minutes there and not one employee greeted me or asked me how I was doing or if I needed anything and so I left. Perhaps that is why it was very dead there I was the only customer for those 24 minutes very unfortunate with such a very clean and nice store.

Building is a lot bigger outside than inside. A LOT of wasted space with a ton of overpriced clothing items. I went there for some women's tank tops that were on sale, probably could've found them elsewhere cheaper but wanted to try them on. Doubt I will ever stop at the store again, not just this location but the store, Duluth Trading Co.

Thanks for your help finding the right size for my husband today! Tanner specifically was very courteous and professional and exceptionally helpful! We left very pleased!
