Sam's Club

Please read. Tire Service Center BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! Jason, Jody, Shaun, and staff are the best. Jason managed the front desk and directed traffic like none other. Jody multi-tasked my second ticket and others, significantly reducing wait time. Shaun provided excellent technical service, explanation, and advice on 2 unique vehicles. And don't forget your key tag, there may be a hefty levy imposed!

Can't stress enough what an awesome Sams Club this is! Everything is always well stocked, the location is always clean and well kept, the scan and go is awesome, employees and friendly and helpful and they have a great variety of items! We have costco and sams memberships and while i like some of the different options at costco the employees and whole experience is just always so much better at sams. Their biggest downfall at sams is the smaller parking spots and carts everyone in the parking lot. But all in all a great location that I frequent often!

I purchased items from this Sam's Club and what I received was shocking. Moldy strawberries. I tried to reach out to the store and no one answered. Finally reached the store through tire department which put me on hold and never returned. The manager seems very nice and willing to resolve issues if you ever can get ahold of her. Tried to post a picture in my review and it kept saying error. So maybe I can do it here. More than half were moldy and mushy. This store never answers their phones. I placed an order on 11/202025 order was just put on the concrete porch, no box or bag. I provided delivery instructions which were not followed. I was overcharged for a online item that was listed as 14.12 for the average package of lamb chops and when I received mine one was 10 and some chang and the other 11 and some change. I haven't been given back the difference and can't reach anyone at this store.

I had the most disgusting experience at this location and I will never go back. They are racist and it is truly a disgrace. I visited the store with my mom this past Saturday and am still in disbelief of what happened. After we paid for our groceries, as we were leaving the store everyone before us on both sides walked through with no problem. All of a sudden as soon as my mom and I approached the exiting doors we were both stopped on the left and right side of the exiting doors in unison as they stared at our few items in the basket, counted them, and stared at our receipt for minutes. Of course, we were the only black customers that left out at that time. They literally watched every single person before and after us walk out without checking their receipt with baskets filled to the rim I might add. I’ve had my Sam’s club membership for around 7 or 8 years but I’m going to switch to Costco’s after this experience. I refuse to be treated like a criminal because of the color of my skin. This kind of discrimination is inappropriate and unacceptable. It is sickening. You have lost a repeat customer who have spent so much money with you over these past years! Sam’s Club, do better!

I ordered a few items to be shipped from sams club. I've had stuff shipped from sams club multiple times and they are the worst at damaging items. This time it was returned with no explanation. I had to call to even figure out what happened to it. Damaged but at least not delivered in that state this time. No "we're sorry extra credit to the account". No "we'll rush replacements out to you immediately". Nothing. Just we hope you get your refund within 30 days dont try to contact us until then. Completely unacceptable. Buyer Beware

Cafe has converted to no order taking. Every employee I talked to had an attitude except one manager. The lady at the customer service counter had an attitude. There was even a mile-long line just to get out of the store. The sample machine wouldn't take my member scan. What a mess.

The parking lot is in a very busy area, but other than that, I've had a good experience. I researched in April of 2025 both Costco and Sam's Club, looking into prices of things I'd be ordering, selection, etc.. What I found was that despite what people think or believe, Sam's Club beat Costco in both price and variety. I'm so glad I didn't just follow the cult and join the competition.
