Process are absolutely outrageous now. Selling donated items at almost full price when they’re usually dusty and dirty is insane. Also, whatever it is yall do for the community is not enough. I don’t believe a bit of the funding going back to much of the community more so than the pocket of the company. With the rate of how you’re pricing, you won’t get anyone to spend any money. That kind of defeats your reason to be able to afford your rent, "give back to the community", and paying your employees if your loyal customers stop spending money there. I’d rather drive an hour away for the reasonably priced thrift stores than waste my time searching for over priced donations.

I do a lot of thrifting. I have never seen prices this high. Everything is donated and the prices are not far from retail. Shameful. When you see the amount of inventory in the store you will want to ask why not lower your prices.

I used to come here all the time. I don't know what changed but their prices sure have! I was absolutely shocked at what things were priced at. It was absolutely insane for a thrift store and all prices were if the items were new and some even priced higher than new items. I thrift a lot in this area Lee's Summit and Blue Springs. Out of everywhere I go regularly I have never seen pricing so high and enough for me to write a concern about it. I hope corporate comes in and sees this. I won't be back if this is how it's going to be from now on. I get you got to price things to make money but this was so crazy!

I’ve come here for years, but new management has ruined the place completely sadly. The prices are outrageous, many just basic shorts for $20 in the dead of winter at that? yikes

Employees were somewhat nice but the prices are utterly insane, $80 and up for beat up Christmas trees, $15 for a DVD set missing slip case and a disc while others scratched($7 online in better shape), video games $20($5 online) ,some of the baby onesies randomly $10 or more, and on and on....

Prices here are absolutely horrible. Maybe you should follow the principles outlined on your website: ------- Affordability Our stores offer signficant savings over retail prices. This provides opportunities to individuals and families to more easily afford neccessities, such as clothes, kitchenware, electronics, and more. There are sales on top of already affordable pricing and our inventory is always changing. ------ That statement couldn't be farther from the truth. Do better Salvation Army.

Absolutely ridiculous prices which why they're getting so many 1 star reviews. The owner (who obviously doesn't know anything about business) is going to spam the official reminder on overhead. Well, guess what? So does Walmart, Target, Ross, Marshals, TJ Maxx, Burlington, Cargo Largo, Ollie's, Gabe's, etc. They all have expenses, BUY their stock, and are cheaper than YOU. That's all NEW items in a nicer, cleaner store. If you ACTUALLY want to run a fair honest business, realize you're a THRIFT store, and price to sell. But of course, price gouging and running off your customers and donaters is an option too. Congrats, you managed to beat Red Racks for the title of worst thrift store in the KC region.
