AMC Irving Mall 14

I used to love going here but after today, I regret ever coming. Not only are the tickets overpriced, my family was harassed as soon as we got through the lobby doors. We went to watch Scream 7; everytime we go watch the Scream series, my family member dresses as the character Ghostface. Not even 2 steps through the lobby door a third party security personnel yells at my family member to remove his mask. We complied and continue towards the theater. Out of the corner of my eye, the theater personnel a manager or whatever their title may be is following us up until the threshold of the theater. Standing with her arms crossed and the same third party security personnel yelling from around the corner, "If he puts his mask back on, he can go home!" We were completely shocked and disappointed with this level of disrespect. Out of all the years we have been to AMC, no one has ever yelled at us for a costume mask. We sat through almost 20 minutes of previews and the movie still hasn't started. Already aggravated by the harassment and disrespect, we leave the theater and requested a refund. We spoke to Caitlyn and she attempted to justify why the movie was taking so long to show. At that point, we firmly requested a refund and left. For anyone reading this we hope you can find a different theater to watch your movies cause this place is no longer what it used to be.

Not best theatre but here regional movies play so worth it. This has old theatre screens with old infrastructure as well, where you get recliners in all auditorium but they are cranky. No Dolby or IMAX screen options! Sound in the theater gets too loud and not crisp also. Also, no water fountain - if you need water, you have to buy it!

AMC Irving feels like one of the older AMC locations. The auditoriums are spacious, and the seats are comfortable, but they creak noticeably when reclining. There’s no Dolby Cinema here, which might be a downside for some. On the plus side, it’s usually very quiet—great if you prefer a peaceful movie experience. Conveniently located inside the mall, you’ll find plenty of shopping and a wide variety of dining options just across from the theater.

Wouldn't sell me an overpriced themed popcorn bucket for my autistic friend because I didn't have a movie ticket at the moment, but he can't see that movie anyway. Way to go, nice work. You protected the integrity of the themed popcorn bucket market to make sure scalpers didn't get possession of a single Scream bucket. In a dying theater in a dead mall. If you read this, you are a clown.

We are early movie goers. This place doesnt open sometimes until 5 or 10 min before the first show starts. Doesnt give you much time to go to the bathroom and get concessions before the previews start without you. Yes we like watching previews so we know what we want to see next. I normally dont complain about concessions but yesterday I spent $70 in concessions and went back to order a pickle. The pickle was almost $4 dollars and was much smaller than the width palm of my hand. Like some sort of "runt" from the jar. I even said this is really small for $4 ( $3.68 or something)and the young mam stared at me like oh well. Im not cheap we paid alot to get in and for concessions but this was not the size of the rest of the ones in the jar. The time before I ordered a pickle and it had been I the jar so long there was no pickle inside the pickle only skin and watery juice inside. I like a pickle and fresh popcorn when watching the movie. Its why I go and not just watch them at home. Besides that place is clean and chairs are comfortable. Restrooms are clean and well stocked. Enjoyed the movie ill never order a pickle again. Wish I would have taken a photo to put on here so yall could see im not exaggerating. Not the end of the world but when your looking forward to something and every single time it seems to be wrong gets frustrating.

I guess amc just doesn’t clean up their theaters before you come any more. Lucky my seats are decently left however this is completely unacceptable.
