Dallas/Fort Worth Airport Marriott

Worst Marriott stay in over 20 years. The shuttle in the morning runs not on the advertised schedule and was always full, we ended up taking an uber. The rooms are not insulated for airport sounds, the rooms are run down with signs of very heavy use and thick paint. The lobby convenience store had a broken self checkout. The main lobby door is broken, how this meets fire codes or accessibility standards is beyond me. I would definitely not stay here again.

I had a great view of the planes landing, and the room, though slightly old, still had a nice modern feel, despite the bathrooms not being the best. The room was very clean. The lobby areas were amazing and the staff were super friendly. Compared to Sheraton and Westin slightly more expensive by around $50-100 more per night but overall happy to stay here again and it is the best Marriott property near the DFW Airport.

As a one night stopover for easy airport access I found this hotel to be fantastic.|We had a wellness room, which was really quite comfortable & an amazing nights sleep. We could genuinely feel the difference in this room with comparison to others we have stayed in. The staff at the front desk were wonderful and we were able to obtain a late check out for a reasonable cost. We didn't eat on property, but we saw plenty of people eating & seemed to be enjoying the food. The pool both indoor & outdoor were fantastic. I always wish there were more towels and better lighting in hotel rooms, but apart from that it is a great pre-night stop!

Good location for anyone with a car, not great for walking anywhere though. Freeway not too loud. Rooms seem updated but hvac must not be able to do both heat and ac. Hot weather and the units were still in winter mode, needed maintenance to come to "switch a valve" in multiple rooms. Switched rooms bc pullout couch was stained and slightly moldy. Most Parking lot street lamps burned out. M lounge and staff nice, as were the restaurant staff. Front desk accidentally checked me out a day early and added a charge for water in room that was not consumed, in fact no employees had been in my room for 4days since check in. Front desk sorted it out but became a constant hassle trying to get issues resolved at this property, from replacement bedding to incorrect charges. 3 star hotel at best.

I wanted to share my experience of staying at a hotel near DFW airport. The location of the hotel was fair, with a very limited choice of restaurants and shops nearby. However, it was very close to the airport, with only around a 10 minute drive by Uber at a cost of around USD 15.The reception welcome was very good, and the bar and lounge service was also nice. I was upgraded to a corner room, which was spacious and clean. However, the control of the shower was a bit worn and it was hard to accurately control the flow of hot water.Overall, the hotel was a good choice for staying in the DFW area. Despite the limited nearby amenities, the proximity to the airport and the quality of the hotel's service made it a pleasant stay. Great location. Old and very Tired hotel. You can hear the planes and freeway road noise even on the upper floors. They need better windows and sound deadening for the price. It’s expensive for even a bottle of beer and salad. Even the gym had mismatched equipment with some broken. There was water damage to the ceiling that is obvious in our room. I expert much better from a Marriott property. I stayed at a courtyard the following night for half the price and recognized a much fresher property - the contrast was huge.

This is a great hotel with great service. Juanita at the front desk has excellent customer service and helped get me settled in an upgraded room. She went above and beyond and I appreciated it.
