I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today from the front office. While the technician assembled my furniture correctly, the overall experience was unacceptable Although the guy had great customer service and did a great job assembling my Furniture. After completing the assembly, he left without properly cleaning up. There was white packaging debris scattered throughout my apartment, including by the front door and in the bedroom. In addition, my front door was scraped during the process. When I contacted the office to report these issues, I was told that the technicians are only responsible for removing the boxes and are not required to clean up any other debris. This response was unhelpful and dismissive. I have ordered from this company before, and on previous occasions the assembly team cleaned up thoroughly after completing their work. I should not have to move into a new home and then clean up packaging remnants left behind by your staff. That is not my responsibility. I am also disappointed that no one in the office took accountability and instead suggested that I handle the cleanup myself.

AWSOME SERVICE!!! Nora and the gentleman with colored eyes( sorry I forgot his name) were so friendly and helpful. It was my first time buying from them and the process was so quick. 100% recommend and I will for sure be going to them for more furniture. 😁

The furniture store is a gem! The owner spoke with us (his crew enjoyed working with him) and provided pricing that was roughly one third at competitors. Also from the time of purchase of a few furniture items, the total assembly and transport process was less than 2 hours-they were super efficient and I would strongly recommend buying from here.

Haven’t even step foot in the store yet and have had a beyond 5 star experience!!! I ordered online, found a beautiful sectional, for a IMPECCABLE price! They was able to deliver on the day I moved into my new apartment, made the process so freaking smooth & accommodating! I called to tell them i got the keys and they was there within 15 minutes! amazing and professional service! can’t wait to visit the store for my other needs!!!!

I came into the store with my son, not knowing that I was going to purchase furniture. Alejandra Lopez was so nice I just had to purchase a new living room set. She was very nice and very friendly.
