My son gave me 2 gift cards for Christmas. We went to buy my favorite perfume Coco Chanel Mademoiselle. There were several workers in that area and one that left the perfume area without asking if we needed help. We finally got someone to help. She was trying to help 2 at once. I was there before the another customer got there. She took care of him first. I told her we have two gift cards, to which she says let me take care of the person after you. OK, I was the first one there how she's pushing me to the 3rd person to help? I walked out. MACY - you need to train those sales people better. UPDATE: Went back the next day, got my perfume. The lady was very helpful. That's what I expect.

Visited this place on Sat 06May2023 along with family at evening time to buy ladies Sandals, Few T shirts. The store not reached the expectations as they don’t have much more variety of products. The store it self not much big. I am not able to find perfect quality Cotton T shirts. Men’s Watch section also small. We spent 2-3 hours here and we hear that There was shooting happened at Allen shopping malls, we about to go there but luckily stopped here.

Perfect place to find quality and classy items with little discounts. Thanksgiving holiday season is the best time to buy clothing here.

For a moment I thought I was in the wrong store. This was the most disastrous Macy’s store that I have ever visited. Aside from the weird smell,dingy floors and carpet the display racks were in complete disarray. It was nearly impossible to find an item or a correct size. Overall the staff seems to be aloof of the mess in the store and seems to have zero incentive to keep things orderly and neat

They look like semi glamourous version of Burlington or Ross. The carpets need to be replaced and the structures are chipped or broken. Macy's is known for having the latest styles in fashion, beauty, home and beyond. This location doesn't do the brand justice.

Macy never open on time in Irving mall. It’s after 11am and they still closed
