The Archer

5 stars all the way, from the exotic food (duck poutine and pheasant sliders) to the friendly bartenders and the chill vibe that makes you feel like you're in a log cabin in Vermont. All the more festive during the holidays with a fireplace, tree, and specialty cocktails. I had the "Jingle All the Way", which was a spicy bourbon.

We were supposed to go to another pizza place but couldn’t get in, and we found this spot while walking by. I wasn’t expecting much, but it was really good and fresh. The place is tiny, so it’s better for takeout than dining in.

If you want to escape the Grove St. crowds and find a dark lodge, this is your spot. Diverse and unique menu options, kind bartenders, and a wonderful dark dimly lit vibe. Duck poutine.. delish.

Always enjoy our time at The Archer! We usually come here for their expertly crafted cocktails and low key environment. The vibe is very hipster, but I like it. Love that they have bluegrass on certain days as well (check their Instagram)! The sakura sour is my favorite cocktail.

The Archer has a great atmosphere that’s matched with mixologists that understand the people want. They have a great selection of spirits and if they don’t have an ingredient for your drink they can still find a way to make it where it tastes as you ordered. The food menu follows the theme which makes it uniques but cozy.

Out of all the craft cocktail and high end restaurants I have been to 15/10 this place is phenomenal. Cocktails are made with balance and are unique. The food is amazing. The duck was incredible. One of my favorite places now.

Kate was absolutely phenomenal. She took the time to thoughtfully explain each wine, breaking down the flavor profiles and what makes each one unique in a way that was both informative and engaging. You can tell she truly knows her craft and enjoys sharing it. Highly recommend requesting Kate if you have the chance!
