Zephyr Pub

I've always enjoyed visiting the Zephyr. There's plenty of culture, they have a pool table, usually it's a fun or relaxing atmosphere to unwind in. The crowed tends to be open minded and all around, just a chill place to get to meet new people and have a little fun. There is a mix of younger and older individuals who attend, with it being in the heart of Kent State University, where I had attended among many others. It's nice place for anything, between catching up with old friends, or meeting new ones. I've pretty much always had a positive experience. ☺️❤

Best place to drink late in Kent! The staff is amazing and so great, even the grumpy guy with long hair and glasses. Play some pool, enjoy the great rotation of live music they always have, or see a drag show! A must go for anyone!

Zephyr has always been one of my favorite places to go for a few drinks and meet with friends. All the staff are super friendly and 99.999% of the patrons are too. It's always a good vibe and and a great time.

Absolute banger of a bar and venue. What a great spot! Be sure to stop in, grab a drink, and check out some live music. DO IT!

My husband and I went in for a few drinks and the bartender seemed anoide when I got a water and a beer, we were going to get more but it seemed like we were waisting his time so we just paid and left. We were there at 6:30pm on 9-26-25.

It is a cheap dive bar that occasionally offers live music. The atmosphere here, though, is quite fun.

Fun multi level building with a bar on the first and third floors. A beautiful fenced off patio with multiple picnic tables, giant connect 4 and corn hole. Enjoyed two drinks here and lost two games of connect 4.
