Good place for cheaper tools! Most of there products are under a warranty. And if you break them while using them properly they will replace it.

Was removed from the store becuase they are on "high alert" after trying to purchase a Christmas gift for my grandfather. The gift was heavy and did not want to carry it around the store so I had taken the item to the front where I told the one worker "is it okay to leave this hear while I go get screws to mount the gift on a work bench" she told me "yes that’s fine"

The times I've been to this location, it's well stocked. The employees are customer service oriented. Diego, the store manager, was more than helpful. I appreciate you, my friend.

Read the fine print, additional warranty is only for store credit. We bought 4 compressors. We had them stored for 4 months. Went to use them and they were defective. Now we are out $4000. They will not take them back. They will only issue store credit. Of course they don't tell you this at the beginning

Great store but that girl Shawanda needs to know that not every customer that comes in there is crack her trying to one up! Have some respect to customers that’s how you lose the loyal ones!

Great place to go and Shop I came here and bought me a sander at some sandpaper and the workers here were very polite and helpful they helped me find what I needed.

Management needs to do better, there’s been days I wait for the store to open and this lady always arriving late five to ten minutes late that’s very unprofessional, store manager needs to do better ever since they changed managers it’s been going downhill. I’m a loyal customer I’ve been coming to this store since 2016 the store managers before were my favorite they would treat us customers better than the new workers now. The girls are always the ones being rude especially the one with glasses. Overall the associates are very helpful friendly and willing to help. Thank you guys!
