I was shopping here with my son yesterday and yes we got some great deals that were very happy with but our cashier was very very rude she even made a comment about the jacket that my son was buying and every time I tried to ask her about a coupon she should say ma'am I'm speaking right now, Casier 0313 please have some manors, just because you didn't like what we bought you didn't need to tell us you didn't like it. I will definitely be avoiding cashier 0313.

Didn't have a very large variety like some other Penny's we've been to. We did find one item we wanted. Only two cashiers were available and they were extremely slow and the wait to check out was long. If I tell you no thanks to your credit card, don't waste my time trying to show me the deals for getting one.

Chris was amazing. We did our shopping for men’s dress clothes for our wedding. The price was a little out of budget and he was friendly and helpful in checking for any sales.

I have always liked to shop at JCPenney's occasionally. Sometimes they have some excellent sales, but a lot of things are very overpriced. Disappointed in the section of evening dresses. Everything seemed all mixed up. Very hard to find a correct size. The lines are very long. You can't find an employee to help you with anything. I like that they have a different department for each of my family members.

Ordered online I had to return most of it. Well two of the three items I purchased. Quick and easy once I find an open register

Great deals on towels using coupon. Thank you Callie (checkout lady). Very pleasant gal, great voice on intercom announcing specials.

The store had good offers on items, but the only thing that I did not like is that when my mom and I paid for our items, the cashier told us that they did not have any shopping bags available. We were like surprised because how are we supposed to Carry our items around the mall. Good thing we were parked closed, so we were able to put our items inside the car. STILL it is UNBELIEVABLE that they did NOT have any shopping bags available.😒
