Kohl's

Thanks Melisaa for helping to get my amazon returns off. For bigger items, I was stressed but she took all of my worries out. She was fast and then when I had to make a sale purchase, she once again: had great patience with us. (I had my toddler making things crazy) Ilove Kohls for so many reasons.

I went to the store in Las Cruces, NM to return an online item. Everything was great but the person helping me was obviously new. She needed help with everything. Maybe more training should be done before a person is placed on the register?

Janace is a great help at Kohls. We had a little hiccup in the Sephora department, but she really delivered excellent service!

I purchased a Dutch oven online during the Black Friday sale. Originally priced at $110 and I only paid $42 for it, great. I received the Dutch oven and the lid was warped, so it wouldn’t seal properly. Things happen and products can be defective, I’m fully understanding of that. When I took it in yesterday to exchange it through store or online again. I was told sorry that the sale can’t be honored on a replacement in store or online and a refund of $42 was my only option. It wasn’t my fault that it showed up defective. Needless to say your app is deleted off my phone and I won’t be shopping in your store again.

Great place to shop for clothes for low price. Amazon return and Sephora are both inside kohls. Location and parking are easy to get into.

The family visited Kohls on the 1st of July 2023. We found a few items and a pair of shoes for my son. The zip tied tag on the shoes said $39.99. When we checked out they rang up $44.99. I mentioned it to my wife, she showed the cashier the picture, she said she would honor the price but had to get a manager. The manager said the tag on the shoe did not match the box number, so the price was $44.99. When questioned she said a customer must have changed the price tag so she would not honor it and I told her "That is not my problem" she said they do not have enough employees to make sure tags are correct. I do not believe that customers are walking around with scissors and zip ties changing tags. This is also not the first time it has happened there. On fathers day, she bought me jeans and they were on a table with 50% off sign. When they rang up full price, my wife questioned it. Cashier called the manager and the manager went back to check, my wife also went back to the display. When she got there the manager had removed the sign. The customer should not pay because you are short staffed or because you made a mistake. The cashier in the first scenario was great, she was prepared to honor the price but was told no. That's why they got 2 stars. I won't be back!

We like the remodel and lay out, much cleaner store than the stores on lohman. Better quality I think.
