Bar Ginza

This place is definitely a unique bar in the downtown area of Las Vegas. I wanted to come here because I wanted to try out a different variety of Japanese whiskey and learn more about it. This bar specializes in a variety of whiskey but also a great selection of Japanese whiskeys. I don’t know of any other location in Las Vegas that has a vast selection of Japanese whiskeys. I started off with a high ball which is a pretty standard Japanese whiskey mixed drink. I wanted to try some Japanese whiskeys that I haven’t had before so I went off of the server to give me some suggestions. They offered a great variety so I went with 4 of them and they were all pretty great. With the different in taste and smoothness from each one. The display and vibe is definitely a big more high end and something you wouldn’t expect in a down area. The displays alone of the different types of whiskeys in the wall is pretty cool. The location is fairly lit and offers an intimate setting. It isn’t too loud where you can’t have a conversation and also provides a lot of space for a decent sized party.

Great experience! We are bourbon/Irish whiskey fans and want to understand Japanese whisky better. We explained what we like and got a curated tasting that fit our tastes (and budget!) This is one of the cleanest bars I've ever seen. The glassware is sparkling! And they have a really great selection. Definitely recommend for a local or a visitor!

This is the BEST gem in Vegas! Super unique spot with do many authentic Japanese whiskey! Josh and Kathy are doing amazing Jody at providing you very best Vegas experience! This is a must try and worth coming back to every single time!

Probably one of my favorite bars that I’ve ever been to. The staff knows their stuff, the drinks are always great, atmosphere is perfectly cozy, and the whisky collection is some of the best you’ll ever see. Every time I’m in the Arts District I’m stopping in.

Classy whiskey bar! Amazing selection of Japanese and other whiskey! Superb service and attention to detail! Had one of the best old fashioned I've ever had! Friends tried the highball. Mule and the sidecar, not a bad choice all the way around. Small selection of draft beers.

This is becoming a great bar to immerse oneself in. The space is beautiful and inviting. I love that you can't peep in from the outside. You have to open the door and find out. This bar is a one man show. Josh is a master at his craft along with having one of the best whisky back bars I've seen, especially with a focus on whiskies from Japan. Its low key and a great place for dialogue between staff and amongst guests. Do yourself a favor and support your bartenders favorite bar.

If you appreciate Japanese whisky, this is the perfect place for you. The menu boasts a huge selection, with rare finds that whisky lovers will appreciate. If you prefer a well crafted cocktail, you won’t be disappointed either. Watching the bartender expertly chip a pristine block of clear ice is a sure sign that this place takes its cocktails seriously. I enjoyed several exquisite Japanese whiskies, including some rare gems, while my date savored a deliciously balanced whisky sour. The atmosphere is both classy and cozy, an ideal spot to unwind from the buzz of the Strip.
