Lots to try on. Wide selection of ladies shoes. Like how brands are separated by rack. Dressing rooms are clean and well maintained. Thank goodness for "you can take 15 items in" to the dressing room rule. Overall store was clean and good variety.

It is a great place to find quality brands at discounted prices, with a wide selection of clothing, shoes, and accessories. The store is organized well enough to make browsing easy, and staff are generally helpful if you need assistance. It’s perfect for bargain hunters who still want stylish, high-end options without paying full price.

I love scoring designer clothes marked down here. And if you are willing to spend the time going through the clearance racks I have several times found stuff 75% off or more. They have jewelry, sunglasses, purses, pj's, underwear, a small selection of home goods and makeup, a large selection of Women's clothes and shoes. I don't shop the men's department but they do have one as well as men's shoes.

One of the best Rack locations I've visited around the U.S.; I've shopped here many times. Good deals can be found on clothing (both casual and more polished), shoes, accessories, and luggage. A friendly staff that keeps the store looking good and organized.

I bought a pair of shoes for my daughter that ended up being too tight. When I tried to return them the very next day, the associate refused to process the return, claiming they were "worn." That’s completely inaccurate they were barely tried on and clearly in near new condition. Out of fairness, I went to another Nordstrom location, and they immediately accepted the return and processed a refund without any issue. I would have understood if it was past the 30 days and actually used and abused. But not the very next day in less than 24hrs. It’s disappointing to see inconsistency like this, especially from a store known for its customer service. Employees should not make customers feel like a return is coming out of their paycheck. In this economy, nobody should be expected to keep shoes that don’t fit their child. Hopefully this is address and staff are following company standards fairly. Thanks

I found the Kurt Gieger purse I was looking for it was a gift for my granddaughter. The perfect purse and color. My granddaughter loved it she was so happy. It was in the purse department that I had to get assistance. I had to walk around and find someone to unlock the purse.
