Target

This location has a very poor pickup process for orders. I parked and checked in to receive my order. I watched 5 other cars that arrived after me get their orders and go; while I waited for mine. This has happened several times at this location and it doesn’t make sense. Target is "supposed" to be big on timing per one of their agents. I’m not asking for over the top treatment. I’d just like to receive my items in the order of check-in.

Now updating my review from 4 to 3. Never happened before here unfortunately, but the black girl with the long braids who I was talking about who was clearly having a bad day and being rude forgot to give me half of my order which was why I made the order in the first place. So maybe stop investing so much time being so rude and be more diligent in your work. No one else has ever forgotten anything before, not even the other girl. Shameful, but I guess every job and store has a weak link. I like how stocked the store is as I've never really had to have a substitution. Drive-Up is overall great if you get one of the guys, particularly, I'm not sure his name, but the black guy with braids and glasses is top tier. Awesome worker who delivers the groceries with a smile and is so kind. If you get one of the two girls I've dealt with, prepare to have your vibes ruined and be met with an annoyed demeanor and them always screeching, "Where do you want it?!" despite it always saying it in the app. I hate to make it a boy vs. girl thing, but when the guys always know to put the groceries in the trunk vs. the girls never knowing and having a curt tone and an aggravated look on their face while asking... I dunno... Seems to be some sort of disconnect. Overall, when I get one of the male workers, great vibes and I hope every time for them. When I get one of the girls, vibe ruined. 🤷🏽‍♀️

This is probably the cleanest store I have ever been to in my life! Everything was in order and the whole store sparkled! All Target employees that I came into contact with were friendly and courteous. The cashier even made sure I got the sale price on an item by helping me use my Target app to do so. Great store. 5 Stars!

Went here as I love Target, but went here with my sister, my 14 yr old daughter, and my young niece and newborn baby nephew. My sis and I wanted to walk around Target , to get out , and look around. Right when we entered the Target , my beautiful niece who was wearing such a pretty , festive Orange , Halloween dress, was immediately complimented by the most friendly woman working there and it was so nice to see my niece so happy , and for this woman working to be so so kind and make all of us smile , as well as offered my niece some candy ( she was at a stand , giving samples out , im not 100% ) she gave her a purple bracelet and just was the sweetest woman with the kindest words . It set such a positive tone and the vibe and the energy was electric and wonderful. We walked around the store for about an hour , my daughter bought her first Pound Puppy ( shes so into the 80s!) My sis ended up buying a beautiful Moana Costume for my niece that was marked down from $50 - $13 !!! Loved Our time there! Loved the atmosphere and vibe and overall experience !

Just came to this target on December 29th at 07:56 is when we checked out with Kirstin at the cash register. She had the worst attitude, definitely looked like she does not want to be here. There was a full line at the self check out, and we happen to glance her way, and she had her hand on her head leaning on the aile end cap. Not a single greet, she scanned everything like she was so annoyed, it looks like we had a $5 gift card and I thanked her for it, not a single word. At this point I thought maybe she is mute. So I asked her for her name. It was finally when we heard a peep out of her. I know this is not the target culture, and she just ruined my shopping experience. My husband previously worked as a supervisor for target, so I know this is not the way they are trained. This young lady needs to be coached up or out.

At the self check out my Coca Cola products were ringing up at an incorrect price. I tried to get the attention of a young girl walking out of an office. She was glued to her personal phone and ignored me. The second time I asked if she could assist me, she gave me a dirty look. It was at this time Jorge saw and told her he would assist me. I told him that they were ringing up incorrectly at $7.99 each. He asked if I had the Target app to see the price and I said no. I saw the price already on the many signs. He used his Radio to contact somebody in the Grocery department. They finally responded and said that the sale was only on Pepsi products which I knew was incorrect. He was persistent that it was $7.99 and they were not on sale. I decided to do his job for him since neither employee was willing to help. I went to the back of the store and took a picture of the many signs/labels that I told him were there. At this point, his attitude was condescending and downright pompous. I shouldn’t have to do their jobs for them. I told him I just wanted to get out of there and he said he would like that too. This might as well be a Dollar General with how they treat the people who keep them in business. I will be contacting a district manager and corporate as well.
