My very large family of 9 went to their NYE celebration last night. It was busier than I’ve ever seen it and the staff was overwhelmed but seemed thankful for the business. The manager treated us like we were his own VIPs and was so kind. I haven’t felt that level of customer service in years. We waited awhile to be sat, which isn’t unusual for a party of 9 without a reservation on a busy evening. But the kids were entertained by the arcade and yard games and the half price drinks were AWESOME. (Shout out for The melon mini pitcher.) Once we got our table I expected the only server on staff last night to be overwhelmed and stressed. Not at all. She was kind, fast and the food was fantastic and arrived quickly. I hope Longmont showers this place with business and they continue to grow. They seem eager to welcome families with specials, good food, and incredible customer service. Thanks for all your hard work last night.

Manager was super nice, checked on us a couple times and even gave us some arcade gift cards when we didn’t bowl for very long. Gift cards easily amounted to what we’d played to bowl. Was really friendly and helpful and the place had a fun environment.

We came here after an event and they had lots of seating. We were eventually greeted. The waitress was very nice and took our orders swiftly. Food came out pretty fast and the waitress forgot the silverware, which was not a big deal, we were able to grab some from the bar. Food was good.

In a world where customer service is dying, Winner’s Circle is still making sure customers matter. Big shout out to LB for taking care of my family! There was a few misunderstandings about how things worked and he made sure we were taken care of and went out of his way to make sure our night was great. The facility offered unique games that are different from your typical fun center. The prices we especially great since we visited on a Wednesday (half price arcade games and drinks). The food and drinks were average bar fare but have you really ever been to a fun center with amazing food/drinks? We had fun and because of LB we will return.

Winners Circle in Longmont has it all, bowling, axe throwing, pool tables, arcade games, and more. I enjoyed a couple of delicious lemon drop cocktails at the bar while my husband and daughter played games, and everyone had a great time. The upstairs speakeasy is such a cool hidden gem. I’m obsessed! It's the perfect mix of family fun and adult vibes. I definitely recommend.

We had such an amazing experience at Winner’s Circle in Longmont, Colorado! Latrell was our first meet and greet, and he truly set the tone for the entire visit. He was top-notch!! Kind, gentle, full of life, and quick to assist. He made sure our family felt welcomed from sunny Arizona and cared for us from the moment we walked through their doors! A huge welcome and smile will always melt my heart! Then came Amanda, the Assistant General Manager, congratulations on your new position! You are clearly making management proud. The way you assisted my family and kept everything running smoothly showed true leadership. The space felt well-maintained, organized, and filled with positive energy. The food was delicious, the games were awesome, and the prices were great! Just a little heads-up for new visitors: if you purchase the unlimited pass, it’s for unlimited game play (so much fun!), but it doesn’t include prize-winning games or unlimited tickets. Still totally worth it for the experience and value! Thank you, Latrell, Amanda, and the Winner’s Circle team, for making our visit such a joyful one. We’ll definitely be back! We stopped by here this weekend with a whole party bus of ppl and they let us hang in their super decked out Christmas popup speakeasy. So fun!! The drinks were delicious and seemed pretty reasonably priced. Thanks for having us, we’ll stop by again next year!
