When I arrived, I was greeted and once it was clear that it was my first time, he gave me a quick overview of where everything was located (along with a pretty obvious indication of where his favorites were). But then he left me alone to browse on my own. When I had, finally, with much deliberation and returning of items to the shelf, chosen my toys, he had quite a bit of trouble with the register. But he kept apologizing profusely & finally got his co-worker to come out from the back to help. Very nice guys. Not awkward or judgmental.... always a bonus.

The Stockroom in Echo Park has become incredibly disappointing and harmful to the kink community. The staff and management are rude, dismissive, and lack the respect that the kink community is built on things like consent, communication, and integrity. It’s worth noting that the high ratings you see here don’t reflect the real experiences many people have had. They often encourage customers to leave 5-star reviews in exchange for a small 10% discount, which hides a lot of the genuine negative feedback. If you value ethical kink and real community support, take your business to one of the many other local or online shops that actually respect their customers and the community. This place has lost its heart. The staff is rude, items are over priced, and they do not make their own latex anymore, fired the whole team! Rip custom latex there is absolutely no appeal anymore.

Staff was interested. Made you feel you were no different than anyone else. Answered questions that helped you relax and feel better knowing you are not alone. Even helping with more access to information and going above and beyond with customer service.

I stopped in Thursday evening before close to get some things for the LA BondXBall at the Mayan, and the folks working there that night were SOOOO kind, generous, and sweet to me. Gave me tons of great info and lovely conversation. Thank you so much for the hospitality!!!🙏🫶🫶🫶

I am super disappointed with both the product & then the ensuing lack of customer service I received. I ordered a product that was for NOVELTY USE ONLY written all over the package. This was NOT detailed on the website description. I would have not ordered this if I had known. I had to email THREE TIMES(no response) & then finally call & was directed to again email. No return-I get that..but no offer of store credit either. I have purchased many things from the Stockroom over the years. However, this will ABSOLUTELY be the last time. I wish I had just purchased from Good Vibrations-that way I would have known what I was getting and they would have stood behind their product.
