A 'shop-local' dream come true! I was able to procure every gift on my list. A few favorites: - A personalized collar (with his racing name!) for our newest family member, our second retired greyhound - Junior wallets for my three nephews under 3 — honestly the best. Their first "real" wallets.. I folded a personalized note into each and can not wait for them to read it on their own as they come of age. - Polished cast iron for my boyfriend… and by extension me, since he’s an incredible cook 🙂 - The Workshop candle for the friend who hosted us over the holidays in Alabama - Sunglass straps for the in-laws, and more Keep up the great work y'all.

I bought a personalized rocks glass for each one of my groomsmen and it was a huge hit! Each of the guys was carrying their glass around all night and got to take home a little bit of Louisville. Love the staff at Clayton & Crume - they were super warm and helpful as we were putting this gift together. They even made my wife and I a cute little keychain with our wedding date as a fun bonus. It's small things like that which made us feel really taken care of. High quality products, high quality team.

My sunglass straps have just arrived!! Super thrilled with the quality of the product. Nice soft leather I can only imagine getting better with use. Purchased these as a Christmas gift for my bosses..(husband and wife team) who camp, hike, boat...etc!!! Hope they love them. Also the gift bags were a super nice unexpected surprise!!

I love supporting a business that started like mine. In their home and grew into something beautiful. I was firm introduced to them at a market in Ft.Worth, Texas. I then saw them again in Nashville & heard their story. Not only is something handmade by far superior, it’s something that will last a very long time. They also monogram right there on site. I want to give a big shoutout and thank you to Lane and his friend, who came down to Texas to my favorite mall in Houston!! They are college students at WKU, and I’m from the Louisville area originally! I have bought several things from your store off of Market St. and absolutely was thrilled to buy some gifts for my family!! They were both great with monogramming everything and boy were they busy! Thanks again! Hope to see them again next time!

Oxmoor Mall Location - Wish I could say this was a positive experience, but dealing with a homophobic sales associate doesn’t bode well for a great review. Happily I still got my wallet I received as a gift monogrammed, but only after having to wonder why after patiently waiting for 10 minutes and making eye contact twice did I get the service my boyfriend and I should have received from the start. Should tell your boys to pay more attention to their customers vs watching a football game on their phones with sound on for everyone to see and hear. At least the tall brunette was nice and did a great job on the monogram. Good news I still have my gifted wallet, but do better Clayton and Crume. ***Making an edit based on the response that I received. The team member I noted actively engaged with a variety of other customers. Each were either a pair or couple of a man and woman each, while having made eye contact with myself and my boyfriend without any recognition multiple times. You can say you don’t hire homophobic team members, but don’t discredit someone’s experience with an assumption and instead seek more understanding from the jump. Hope there can be a chance for building trust in the future.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 If Indiana Jones, a bourbon connoisseur, and a leather whisperer opened a shop together—it would be Clayton & Crume. I stopped in today to chat about hosting an offsite event for our team in Louisville, and let me just say: I walked out wanting to plan another event just as an excuse to hang out with these folks again. The team? Absolutely incredible. Like, "where have you been all my life" incredible. Friendly, sharp, wildly creative, and—most importantly—willing to entertain my over-caffeinated enthusiasm with genuine excitement. They’ve got the vibe, the space, the craftsmanship, and probably a secret portal to coolness I wasn’t allowed to see on the first visit. If you’re thinking about an event, a gift, or just want to feel like a ruggedly sophisticated legend for a few minutes—this is your place. 10/10 would trust them with our event, my team, and possibly naming my next dog.
