Cinemark North McKinney XD and SCREENX

Just visited this movie house twice in the last week for the first time... Awesome! Employees are very nice and actually fun... The seats are comfortable, they recline... And if you go to the first viewing... Even if you selected a seat you can move just about anywhere... Highly highly recommend

We went to catch an Indian film - "Kantara 2". The auditorium was clean and nicely lit. We intend to came for more movies!

This is the theater we go to the most in the last 3 years. Usually it’s good. However, today and the last time I’ve gone, the popcorn was cold, my icy wasn’t frozen well and the seat was ripped to shreds. The heated seat feature didn’t work and I believe I sat in the same seat last time and it didn’t work. Seat J20 in theater 8. I was there for an 10:55am showing. The staff was great though.

Cinemark North is absolutely clean and fresh. Dare I say spotless at least when I went there. The employees were friendly, attentive, and engaging any questions that I had they were willing and ready to answer. Honestly I felt very comfortable and very at home there. I definitely recommend stopping by to see for yourself. This will for sure be my go to movie spot from now on.

Cinemark North McKinney is a solid theater overall and offers a clean, well-maintained environment with good sound and screen quality. The staff and overall setup make for a pleasant movie-going experience. However, the seating was less comfortable compared to other Cinemark locations, especially for longer movies. While everything else meets expectations, more comfortable seats would significantly enhance the experience and bring this location in line with the comfort offered at newer or renovated theaters.

Location is great! Minus 2 stars for lack of good movies. There are always many multiple foreign language films while only maybe one films for kids. If they supplied more family friendly movies they would have much more of my business.

I took my employees of my pest control here to see a movie the night it came out. Clean place and it was pest free. They had a good rodent program in place and kept the area below the chairs clean so they don't get bugs.
