Fantastic Harley Dealership Experience! I’ve visited Harley-Davidson dealerships all over the country, but Peterson’s of Miami stands out from the rest. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel completely at home. The dealership itself is stunning — the building has a real Miami vibe to it that you just don’t find anywhere else. The selection of bikes, motor clothes, and HD merchandise is top-notch, and the team on the floor is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely passionate about the brand. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and took the time to answer every question without making me feel rushed. It’s clear that the people at Peterson’s truly care about their customers and the Harley community. Whether you’re a seasoned rider or just getting into the lifestyle, this is the place to go. I’ll absolutely be back — highly recommend!

We came in on our Florida roadtrip. Very nice Harley Davidson dealership with a great location. Building style very nice and Miami-like. I love it. Prices are high, even at clearance sale. Assortment of clothes and HD merchandise is very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Worth to visit.

While on our way to the airport my family and I decided to stop in to get local dealer t-shirts (our favorite thing to do while traveling). We were surprised to find they were having an anniversary party with live music, demos, wheelie experience, and food! My wife and kids had so much fun! Thank you! Walked out with a super cool touring bag as well! Paco in the parts department was great!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I want to say a big thank you to Gabriel, the cashier at Peterson’s Harley-Davidson Miami, for his outstanding help. He took the time to clearly explain everything about getting a copy of my motorcycle key and fob, including how to program the new fob to my bike. He also shared some general tips on what to do if you lose your keys (which was my case). Gabriel went above and beyond, even stepping outside with me to look at a bike like mine and showing me where I could make some battery adjustments. He was incredibly kind, polite, and professional, and all of this happened on a Sunday afternoon! I also want to thank Syd from the mechanical department. Every time I bring my bike in for service, he’s the one who helps me out. Syd is always polite, professional, and takes the time to explain what’s covered under my warranty and what services are being done. Excellent team and great customer service!

I live in Homestead so I've only visited the North location a couple of times. I rode up this past weekend to join the Miami HOG chapter and I think I'll be coming up here from now on! In my opinion the North location has a better selection of merch & the motorclothes/merch associates were extremely helpful! Thank you to Alondra, Alicia & Michelle! You guys are the best! I even went back again today to pick up some other items I was eyeing last weekend!

We just visited this HD and had the absolute best sales experience we’ve had in any Harley shop, anywhere. We’ve been to locations across the USA and Europe and no one ever told us about checking in on the Harley app before. The customer service from the woman who rang up our purchases was top notch!!! She’s definitely a keeper…we are literally heading to the other Miami HD location right now simply because our experience today was so good!!

The store is beautiful, iconic, full of nice products and good deals. But Michele and Alicia made our experience even more special, including Alicia waiting with us our Uber to arrive on the parking lot after the store was closed. Location could be better, closer to Miami downtown or Miami beach.
