I bought three picture frames and they were the worst picture frames cause you’re supposed to slide the glass out and all of them broke. I tried to return them and they told me once I open it I can’t return it. How else could I put a picture in a picture frame unless I open it. the manager Cameron said too bad pretty much. I am really pissed off and I’m never shopping there again. Terrible customer service. The company should be ashamed of themselves.

If you’ve ever been to Michael’s, you already know they have wall to wall just everything and this one in Westlake did not disappoint in no shape form or fashion…. excellent staff, wonderful selection and the AC even work lol win win win

Employees are not helpful. If you have a question about a certain craft, most cannot answer as they are not familiar with the products/crafts. Do not like the self check out nor purchasing online to pick up in store. Anyone can walk into the store and take items. They do not check for reciepts/proof of purchase.

Love this place. If you can't find what your looking for in Michael's, most likely you may not find it. They always have great deals on so many different items.

My grandmother loved bird of paradise flowers and Michael's had these flowers that were so real looking that reminded me of her I had to buy them and they were on sale and found these objects and leather bracelets which I plan to make some vest for the Renaissance fair next year flowers not sure where I'll place them

My review is for the scrapbook area. I went to JoAnns and they had NOTHING. If you need scrapbook books/albums this is THE place to go! Lots of varieties, colors, and sizes! These photos are just the solid colors.

I was looking everywhere for a gender reveal Ballon. I finally found some here and I have to say… the Girl who helped me, went above and beyond to set up the Perfect gender reveal. She brought up many ideas and Solutions. Thanks again. You really saved my day!
