If you're looking for a custom cowboy hat - look no further! There are no words I can say to express the AMAZING experience my boyfriend and I had in this store today. We had the pleasure of working with Sydney and Josh for our custom hats and they made the experience seamless. They were so thorough with their explanations on everything and patient until we found the perfect fit. The attention to detail was truly unmatched and you can really tell how much they care about not only customer satisfaction but also the craft of the hat. Highly recommend this shop!!

We recently booked the hat making experience for our annual Revenue Matters company retreat, and it was, without a doubt, the absolute highlight of our entire trip! From the moment we started, the session was perfectly organized, energetic, and incredibly fun. It was a brilliant mix of creativity and relaxed team building. Our group is still talking about how much fun we had designing and creating hats together. Jaylin was incredible. She gave personalized service. We found the perfect fit for me. She brought out at least 10 pairs of boots and was determined to find the perfect fit. I ended up with a pair of Rios of Mercedes boots. To my knowledge, this is the only retailer in Nashville or places nearby that carries high quality boots. She was polite and had a variety of western merchandise in a fun, no pressure environment. Thank you Jaylin and team!

I stopped in Planet Cowboy last weekend while visiting Nashville and came home with my first pair of boots! Angela was fabulous and helped me find the perfect pair! I am absolutely in love with my new pink boots! I will definitely be returning next time I’m in Nashville.

My girlfriend and I went to Planet Cowboy to find a hat as a gift, and we walked in not really knowing what to get. Thankfully, Sydney was there! She was incredible so patient, attentive, and full of great recommendations. She was also incredibly friendly, which made the whole experience memorable, especially since this was my very first cowboy hat. We ended up leaving with a black cowboy hat that fit me perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier. Huge thanks to Sydney for making it such a great experience. Seriously grateful for her and for Planet Cowboy. I’d 100% recommend stopping by, and I’ll definitely be back.

11⭐️’s. Watching the hat being made was worth the price of the hat. Add the fact that Josh asked for my input and offered his expertise had it feeling like we were creating art together even though he did all the work. Thank you for my first custom Planet Cowboy hat.

I got a custom hat. I was helped by Karina and Liv, both of whom were extremely talented and charismatic. My hat fits like a glove and got a custom burn design which came out EXACTLY how I had described. I am very impressed with the artistic ability of both of them. I have plenty of places back home where I can get custom hats, but none of them compare to this place. I highly recommend it!
