The Blue Room
The Blue Room stands out as a uniquely charming venue blending intimate acoustics with an eclectic, artsy atmosphere. Its capacity of around 200 ensures an engaging, up-close experience, while the sound quality and staff professionalism elevate performances to memorable levels. The space also features quirky design elements, like whimsical artwork and playful bathroom details, adding to its distinct character.
While the venue excels in ambiance and music, occasional minor setbacks—such as uneven flooring or inconsistent staff interactions—may slightly detract from the experience. Parking convenience and an attached record store further enhance its appeal, making it a standout choice for live music enthusiasts seeking both quality and creativity.

First show at this venue, it was worth it. Capacity is right around 200 people, making this an intimate venue to see a show but well worth it. The acrostics are amazing and the entire staff was top notch. Can't wait until our next show.
Incredible venue with amazing sound and staff. They just need some rug tape on the rugs in for future moshpit action. It gets "Looney Tunes" real quick when people trip over the rug in a circle pit haha
Adorable spot, music was great. However, the tall bald door guy made it unpleasant. Dropped the F word when describing someone outside and made fun of my appearance when I called him out on it. Not sure his name, but I hope this isn’t the conduct Blue Room supports.. Would love to come back, probably won’t though. UPDATE: My friend believes to remember his name to be Kyle. Terrible human.
I attended a concert here. It’s a very fun venue with some wild artwork like a life size elephant head on the wall and a sink on the ceiling in the bathroom! The entrance is fun too because it feels like you’re walking down a hallway into a hidden world! Also, maybe I got lucky but I arrived 10 minutes before the official concert start time of 8pm and was able to find street parking very close for $8 for 3 hours.
I cannot find the words to express how much this venue and the record store attached to it means to me and the city of Nashville as a whole.. I have seen the most magnificent music from artists that I have never heard about ever. I trust that if I randomly show up at the blue room, it's going to be amazing. I don't know what kind of magic they use to find new independent artists, but I am always blown away. I am so appreciative of Third Man Records and the Blue Room, as well as everyone that works for them, for providing solid music, awesome selection of vinyl, and straight vibes. The sound is fantastic, it never gets overly packed, they don't screw you over drink prices... I don't know. I could go on about this for days. Basically, just go and experience it for yourself.
Such a cool venue! I normally don’t like tequila, but i got the "uncle buck" drink and really enjoyed it. The flavors all worked really well together, definitely recommend it. Great artists and a great time.
The girl on the security gate, easily let me enter without checking my id, so I felt other people might also have entered similarly, which makes it a little unsafe. The space though was awesome, we didn’t go there for any band show, but for the prateek kuhad concert! Which was amazing! Washrooms were clean and it was a small nice space with blue lights.
